I just used google and it is available in the UK, varenicline is the drug name and phizer 's patent is expired so there are cheaper generic ones available now.
I was a smoker for 20 years and it helped me quit. I i can do it anyone can.

Here we have something calle desmoxan, active substance is cytisine, worked for me on second try, over 8 months free right now. Smoked for 5 years.

I came across it in passing. Was from a reputable journal, but I kind of glossed over it, as I don't use tobacco or nicotine.

Seem to be articles in favor of, as well as against it.

What I found was danger in the preparation of the medication, not necessarily the medication itself. Here is a decent sample:

Also, there really isn't at this point any getting around danger if you use tobacco. There don't seem to be any preparations that exclude the harmful TSN's, which occur naturally in tobacco. Add in bleached paper, a boatload of industrial solvents, and a lungful of mutated tar that never entirely leaves your system, and you've got a quite dangerous product. To say nothing of what it does to the environment around you, yet another mass of cans of worms.
