i dont even want to know about foie gras methods then but luckily i dont eat it anyway.... i keep my meat consumption to chicken, turkey, and beef......... i stopped eating pig meat when i was ten after watching a show on animal planet
 
Im so confused.

We had a great first date and she seemed excited about me asking her out on a 2nd. She mentioned she might be going out of town with family for christmas, but yea, I dont like being ignored when I send girls a text.
 
^Could be anything. Maybe she's out of credit. I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you, doesn't sound like there's any reason she'd be blowing you off :)

Guys I need your opinions - I'm trying to figure out whether this friend of mine who lives in the same dorm as me and I've had a mini crush on for a few months cuz he's ridiculously hot is interested in me. We were at a party just before the Christmas break where we were both quite drunk and he kept holding me really tight, kissing me on the cheeks/forehead and giving me random compliments (like 'you know you're a really lovely person'). Also said he'd like to see me more. He's not a touchy person *at all* and other ppl at that party said they felt something between us so I'm wondering. We've always gotten alogn really well but he'd never given any indication that he wanted more from it. What do you think? I was thinking that I might ask him if he wanted to watch a movie together or something when we both get back from the break. I feel like if we do that it would be easy for something to happen.

^ Sounds like a pretty clear indication that he's interested.

Either that or he was on MDMA.

Maybe both.

you will never know if he likes you unless you ask him. and be direct, don't think your making a obvious hint as it may not seem that way.

Things are awkward if someone makes a subtle hint and the other isn't sure if it was a hint or what.

worst case scenario:

"hello mr man, i like you, you are handsome and funny. would you like to have some sort of relationship beyond just platonic friends?"

"i don't know. i dont feel the same way"

"lol, ok. well we can still be friends because we are grown ups and shit. hahaha."

Seems like he's interested. If you're not interested in a guy, you wouldn't give him kisses on the cheeks/forehead and holding him, would you? Think of it like that :)

My bf and I had sex the other night but he was so drunk he can't remember anything!!! This is the third time we have drank together (in the two and a half years we've been together) so we obviously don't do this often. It was ... interesting ... I definitely prefer sober sex. lol

I dunno, I think if he's interested it's for more than that...I know for instance he's a virgin which makes me feel like he's way less likely to just be looking for sex. Also the way he was holding/kissing me it felt more like 'I like you' than 'you're hot'. If that makes sense.

Ha, true. I think the best thing would be if we ended up drunk together again cuz then I'd feel confident enough to make a move.
That or I get high on my own and feel confident enough anyway x)

you are a kind, beautiful person. you do not need to be drunk or high to be confident. just be yourself.
 
pagey, if he is a virgin, maybe he thinks what he did was over the top to convey his message that he really likes you. He could be on a message board right now saying " i hugged and kissed a girl before chistmas break and i have yet to hear from her. Do you think i scared her away from being so forward?"

Huh, I hadn't thought of that but it could make sense actually, especially since he's really shy. So it sounds like I should definitely go for it then? :)
