Wine makes me very hyper, it's 11pm and I am awake and it sucks. My girl Amanda is getting laid. Who else is in a happy place?

I'm counting down the days to New Orleans (next Tuesday) like a teenage girl. Pathetic, but it's fun.

I'm in an ob appointment at Planned Parenthood. People outside with signs,"end abortion now".
This lady when i got put of mycar asked me how i was doingg.. i replied good.. she said"we have real help.. comer over here for a minute.. " i said sorry i have an appointment! She continued talked as i walked away.
I was already toying with the idea before i got out of my car telling her i am going in now for an abortion! I am thinking to do it when i her pittance here!

Not too much...just studying with Ms.G. We did MDMA last night and went to see Major Lazer. It was pretty dope.

re: Short girls... I liek. I liek short, thin, cute little girls...they are the best the best the best the best. But that's not saying a 5'9" girl can't be hot too...tbpfh...a hot girl (or guy) is hot, regardless of particular details like that.

Beautiful girl at probation today. You know when you get to talkin to a girl and they just talk talk talk like they are excited? She was doing that. Probation let out and I was so anxious to leave that I bolted. Haha fuck now I wish I woulda got her number. Maybe ill see her around.

Also, I'm pretty sure some chick tried to holler at me yesterday. She pointed my direction and was smiling and saying something. I had my headphones up loud and did not recognize her, I wanted to avoid the possibility of an awkward moment where she was talking to someone else so I kept going and ignored her. I saw her again but she was getting on the elevator. Her friend was like "there he is" but the door shut. So that means she was def trying to say hi.

WHO THE FUCK WAS SHE? Am I famous?

two people on papers (probation, parole, drug court, conditional release, codefendants) are not supposed to associate outside of the judicial system or a recovery (NA/AA, rehab, etc) program. they can violate you for that if they wish.

quick edit: people on papers aren't even suppose to associate with convicted felons either outside the listed environments.
 
Really? Here in Canada, you can associate with whoever you want, unless they are specifically named on your conditional release papers. That is usually restricted to co-accused or victims.
 
yeah its some dumb shit. I've known people who went back to prison for associating with someone who paroled around the time they did. like "prison friends"/prison gang stuff. one in particular was not doing anything wrong except having a fellow parolee in his house when his PO did a random house visit.

Correct about not associating with convicted felons or codefendants. Also you cannot associate with anyone involved in criminal activity. But seriously, if you're on probation for something you did 2 years ago and you have a friend who you recently met who is also on paper but was not involved in your offense, you cannot associate with them? Wow... no wonder people go to jail instead of that sometimes (well, that and the fees). That said, my (now former) best friend who was on paper for stealing a mailbox was smoking herb and drinking, caught another charge, and still has not been violated (expect that's coming). Oh, the law...

Anyways, in SLR-related news, met a guy last week at the dog park of all places, he's single, I'm single, we had dinner on Sunday, he has a job and his own place, no crazy ex, no kids, no major issues, and he is sweet and shy the way a boy is around a girl he likes. :) We have plans tomorrow for dinner again.

I haven't told recycled ex 1 yet. I really don't know how he will take it. :\ I'm going to figure out whether this will last before I do that. Recycled ex 2 just wants me to be happy and understands that I'm not really too willing to move back to his part of the country for a relationship that did not work the first time. 1 and 2 know about each other. I just want to meet a nice guy and enjoy spending time with him, and it appears I am doing that. :)
 
P.O. here can't do house visits either. Hell, they are not even peace officers, they're more like social workers. Some police agencies have a bail enforcement program that goes around and checks up on bail/parole/probation people, but like for e.g. Toronto Police only has one car and 2 officers per shift per division tasked to that.
 
yeah its some shit. I was dating a chick on probation and I asked my judge hypothetically if it was ok. he said "hypothetically if we found out and I don't like you, I could sanction you for violating the terms of your probation". yeah not worth taking risk for some pussy.
