I'd like to join in the cries of : "what the fuck are clothes manufacturers thinking"
A size 10 in one shop, is a size 18 in another. You can go from "whoopee I'm a sex goddess" to "I'm an elephant" in a matter of minutes in your average shopping mall. I really don't understand it.
And, like samadhi, things that fit my butt gape at the waist, and things that are nice around the waist.... well, I only have to assume they're perfect around the waist because I can't get them over my thighs.
Don't even get me started on jeans/pants. If you're under 5ft 10, you practically need to hire a casual seamstress.
Who are these clothes made for?
As a large busted woman I have to say too: not *all* tops suit us. I would die to be able to wear strapless tops, and little "spaghetti strap" things, but there needs to be a significant amount of haulage happening from the shoulder area to keep these babies in check.
