What are some good sleeping drugs?

Zopiclone gives me nightmares.
What about magnolia bark? Magnesium?
Theanine? Skullcap?

lemon balm, magnolia, camomile, blue lotus (crazy vivid dreams), valerian - I generally take a combo of 2-3 of these and rotate them around

old antihistamines - but these make me feel groggy as fuck

the zolpidem walrus

a sedating cannabis strain

might be worth considering the difference between something that helps you get to sleep and/or something that helps keep you asleep
