So ever since my first experiences with big doses of MD sleeping has become a lets say...more interesting experience. There's a few differences.
For those who don't know what a hypnagogic jerk or hypnagogic hallucination is:
It's like when you are about to finally drift off you get closed eye, audio or even Olfactory (smell) hallucinations. They aren't the kind where you think 'what the fuck?', it's all very vivid - much like a dream, until you realise it's not real which is when you get the hypnagogic jerk, basically a body twitch that wakes you up. They are often followed by a sense of fear, especially if you are on a comedown. My hallucinations often reflect the environment(s) I have just been in when on MD.
The next thing which is different which I have only been told about by my girlfriend/friends is in the middle of the night I rapidly sit up, look around and go back to sleep with no memory of it. These only occur during the first few days of a comedown.
The last thing which has only occurred twice in my life is sleep paralysis. This is where your mind is awake but your body is asleep. Much like a false awakening, you believe you have woken up however you are paralyzed, these can be accompanied with extremely terrifying hallucinations and can happen one after the other like false awakenings, can be quite tormenting.
All of the above are also natural sleep problems which can come from lack of sleep, messed up sleeping patterns and other things such as video games. For me, they only occur the week after i've taken MD and become less intense with each nights rest.
So my question is what are your experiences of any of these or other sleep issues after MD.
