I've never tried it myself, but these two middle-aged women who I infrequently smoke crack with usually take Advil on the comedown, because although it doesn't help or promote sleep in any way per se, it does relieve some of the soreness and aches one might typically experience after a few hours of cocaine use. I've found this especially true with crack, I often tend to get back aches and some random muscle soreness all over my body, sometimes it can be my wrists, other times my legs, etc. I've noticed that crack, specifically, seems to trigger some kind of muscle contractions, especially in my upper back, that makes it instantly feel sore and achy even just after 10-20 minutes of smoking I can start feeling that familiar, very specific back ache come on.
The other aches are most likely from bad posture and the tendency to remain more or less in the same position for several hours at a time while smoking crack. So yeah, I imagine OTC pain relievers like Tylenol or Advil can be helpful for sleep in some cases, but otherwise it's certainly not a bad idea to have a pain reliever as part of your post-stimulant use sleep cocktail, which would include, for me at least, a hypnotic benzo, a muscle relaxer (Soma preferably), and an opiate or other pain reliever to complement the Soma. I'm on methadone though so no opiates for me, just throw me 3-4 Valium or a couple temazepam caps, some Soma, and some melatonin or Valerian root with a warm tea to cap it off and I'm set. Oh yeah, and some weed. Weed is the bare minimum for me, if I have nothing else, it's always going to be put to good use during comedowns, regardless.
