It really is amazing how multiple people can do the same drugs, in the same amounts, at the same time and experience completely different consequences. I think that's why there's so much heated debate on BL.
You get some people who have never had any lasting effects from mdma and they can't understand how other people get so messed up (and will tend to blame this on overreacting/exaggerating symptoms).
Oppositely, you get people who's world gets completely rocked by this drug and they can't comprehend how anybody could argue in its favor or see it as anything other than poison.
The truth seems to depend on the individual. Some people hate alcohol. I used to love it and couldn't understand when people decided not to drink on a night out.
Clearly, there are consequences for everything but unfortunately for some more than others. On the weekend that messed me up I thought I was being 'responsible' when I decided to 'only' take 4 pills when the other guys I was with took something like 8. However, life never lacking its ironic twists, I was the only one that got messed up.
Unfortunately, we can't see inside our brains and know the potential vulnerabilities we have before doing stuff like this. It really is a roll of the dice.
One thing is clear, for certain people mdma does cause very real damage even in 'reasonable' amounts. Sucks to be one of those people.
