Can you remember what dose of Clonidine you were taking?

100 ug on a daily basis. But if I ad been abusing stims I sometimes took up to 300 ug with no ill effects and reasonable quality sleep.

Funny I was taking both at the same doxylamine and diphenhydramine but they wouldn’t keep me asleep for long, now I’m on Ambien but after awhile you get use to it, so I take two doxylamine with the ambien.

Yeah I've noticed tolerance develops really fast with both, but especially doxylamine. I take it nearly every night too, with temazepam and sometimes diphenhydramine too. I wish freaking Ambien was OTC.

Rameron, seroquel, and to a lesser extent trazodone are all decent meds but have their own side effects and aren't really worth it if melatonin or chamomile or God forbid cannabis helps. Have you tried a nice indica cannabis ? Tried it orally? Clonidine is also good.
