Sinning, as Jesus and the church say, is good. Turn or burn Christians.

Energy is manifested through the Power of thought towards someone. Which can also be known as The Power of Prayer. Just because you are praying for someone doesn't mean that "God" is the one receiving energy because energy is constantly being manifested esp through strong beliefs. I was just being a little shit head man, I don't have a problem with Christianity. I just don't follow it

If you do not have a problem with Christianity, your morals sense is under developed.

Nice that you seem young enough to learn.

Both Christianity and Islam, slave holding ideologies, have basically developed into intolerant, homophobic and misogynous religions. Both religions have grown themselves by the sword instead of good deeds and continue with their immoral ways in spite of secular law showing them the moral ways.

Jesus said we would know his people by their works and deeds. That means Jesus would not recognize Christians and Muslims as his people, and neither do I. Jesus would call Christianity and Islam abominations.

Gnostic Christians did in the past, and I am proudly continuing that tradition and honest irrefutable evaluation based on morality.

Humanity centered religions, good? Yes. Esoteric ecumenist Gnostic Christianity being the best of these.

Supernaturally based religions, evil? Yes. Islam and Christianity being the worst of these.

Have you ever played the game Assassins Creed before? Well Back when the Crusaders(The Church) Fought the templars. Assassins really did exist. They didn't wear robes like in the game, But they worshipped Death entirely. And Evil is what you make of it. I wouldn't consider myself evil, just an asshole :D

They were called "Thuggies" look them up

Pagans look at the elements too. Astrology is forbidden by Christianity because the king that Outlawed Jesus believed in it

The Jews, I think, are the ones who took the death of Jesus on their heads.

They did not want to stop Jesus' attempt to prove the messianic myth real.

Jesus, of course, failed, as he never returned to led the Jews.

Well yeah but wouldn't that kinda make Jesus the start of what technically is defined as a rebellious group. They had laws forbidding treason & trying to overthrow kingdoms, You just can't do it. It's the same with todays society

Only those who lack intelligence will believe in the supernatural.

Like ScIeNcE is any more believable. You do all that math; science and experiments yourself and discount the possibility of human error or flawed logic? It's all stories we tell each other to help understand the world.

One is just old school storytelling; the other more tried but it's still just all theory

The fun thing about believing in something is the fear you lose of death, pain , and the afterlife; and believing in heaven

Oh yeah it's awesome you get to believe in a big black space after you die;

Sounds fun bro

Science has a source thus is why it's studied just saying. You Deny Science you are denying Human Growth and Development

I see it more as Jesus being delusional and getting out of character. That is the Roman invented Jesus.

The Jesus I know knew that gods were created by us and for us, and not us for them.

If you only see one Jesus archetype in the bible, you are not reading it right.

They are all fiction, but the differences are clear. The Roman construct wants slaves while the more Gnostic Christian Jesus wants to free us.

The fear you lose?

The religious say that fear of god is the beginning of belief or faith.

Do you really think a person loses his fear of death when making himself believe in B.S.?

I can take you down the rabbit hole with this strong belief you have. It's ok it's freedom of choice, I'm not here to judge, But I see that strong grip and not letting go no matter what facts are thrown at you is Religious Grip it has on you. I look to the sky, I don't see a "God" I see an unlimited void of life. There is life in our own bodies called cells and we are God to these cells. What if we are just organisms in an unlimited void of life

Good morning.

I hope it's acceptable for me to be chiming in here on your thread? If not: lemme know and I'll delete the post (because this is bound to be yet another contentious issue I'm guessing).

I'm not going to comment further myself as I could in no way communicate the same in as eloquent a way. I know it's an old video (2005) but it's certainly worth a watch and worth some pondering. I post this particular video link because it's shorter and more concise and more to the point than most of the others by Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens, and Richard Dawkins. Personal opinion: it's worth the 1 hour and 22 minutes of your (anybody's) life anyway. Certainly food for thought. And although it being an old video: it's every bit as relevant today as it was in 2005.

Of course: all of the above in my ever so humble opinion.

Richard Dorkins??? Ach, geh hin wo der Pfeffer wächst.

I believe in spirituality heavily. Just not too religious. The only one I agree with is Paganism, but i'm still not going to call it home, Because I personally want to live a free life and grow up free of religious guidelines and "sins" fuck that we as humans are made to make mistakes. Just do what's morally right and not what others would find disturbing you know

Science has a source thus is why it's studied just saying. You Deny Science you are denying Human Growth and Development

I'm not denying science I just said it's tried but still all theory and just a way for us to understand the universe and could be based on human error; flawed logic; or the reception of a message; like what happens in history all the time.

Doesn't mean you can't prove some science; but you can't really disprove God either aside from being like "AHHH SCIENCE LOGIC" for 6 threads

And then dying for nothing when its done and going nowhere

There is a peace you get from faith that neither of you could possibly understand because you've already closed your mind to it.

Science doesn't explain everything and God can't be disproved either. Full Stop.

So you believe we as creation would understand the Creator OF IT ALL??
Oh please

Duh I looked in a telescope and couldn't see God so there couldn't possibly be a higher power
