Shulgin Index Release Announced! (This Summer)

My goodness, looks like this book will put Pihkal and Tihkal into obsolete territories.

This book is going to be so incredibly useful. I can't wait!

Finally we have a single source for all phenethylamine/tryptamine information and...wait for it...it's a credible source!!!

Damn yeah. I'm definitly going to get this (as long as it's not terribly expensive), it looks great. I also like the second picture on the link a lot.

Does anyone know if the cathinones will be in the first volume, or included at all? I'd imagine since the only real difference from amphetamines, which have been included in his previous work regarding phenethylamines, is a double bonded oxygen, they could well be included in vol 1.
 
I'm no chemist and certainly never intend to manufacture any of Shulgin's creations, but I think I'm gonna pick up copies of this and the *ihkals, just to have them. For now, at least, the information is widely available for free, but if that ever changes due to an even darker period in the shameful history of the drug war, I feel like I should own a copy of all that information. It's important stuff, and it's up to people like us to safeguard it from those who wish it were less freely available.
 
let's hope the powers who write the laws do not find this book and a copy machine... it would be a shame to see the entire table of contents in the next round of drug war legislation.

I do not understand. What's in the Shulgin Index? It sounds like it's a duplication of PiHKAL and TiHKAL?
 
I don't understand either but I doubt it will be a total rehash. So a preliminary hooray!

Forserious. Its literally our duty to hoard this information, because the government really is trying to censor it.
