GOLDEN NANG AWARDS!!!

It was a yearly event that muzby usually ran coz he was ultra cool back in the day...

it was bigger and better than the logies because we had a blue carpet... and everyone wasnt ashamed to being on drugs...

The catergories were...

category 4: best quote whilst out
category 5: best overall thread
category 6: best single post or (whole) contribution to a thread
category 7: best contribution to australian social
category 8: best contribution to australian drug discussion
category 9: biggest australian social post-whore
category 10: biggest shit-talker
category 11: safest bluelighter
category 12: most jaded bluelighter
category 13: most comedically gifted bluelighter
category 14: most open-minded bluelighter
category 15: most khandied bluelighter
category 16: hottest girl
category 17: hottest guy
category 18: best avatar
category 19: best signature
category 20: rookie of the year/best newbie
category 21: most reclusive bluelighter
category 22: biggest trashbag

We talked about it the year before last and it didn't go ahead because there wasn't really enough interest, plus the number of categories was a bit beyond a joke (a bit like a participation award for everyone ) and there weren't many viable suggestions for new ones.

I heard that many people dont post here anymore cos there are no awards and hence no reason to waste there posts in here.


Can I suggest a poll asking yes or no to nang awards.


Then a poll listing numbers 1-25 and people vote fro the max numbner of awards.

then a poll ofering all the awards and the top x number as determined by previous poll make it.


How strange to see Chopsy with a mod badge and Kat without.

Personally I think fuck the Nang awards..... it was always just a big popularity/cliche wank anyway


*frowns that Busty never got any mentions no matter how charming his past incarnations were*

But old Busty is not a jaded ol' fool just yet.
Why don't we have a Nang Olympics... a bit like the ultimate meetup but with less coon and more loon.

Nang relays, Joint rolling competition, Best dressed, hell even a Trippers Debate would be interesting.

Just like the real Olympics there would be bidding for the host city (and the winner is......).


Golden nangs for the winners, there could even be the Memorial xtcxtc award (for someone with the hottest angel??).

As Katmeow will have plenty of time on her hands soon, I nominated her to organise this.......
