I just got back from a nutritionist

dont take 5-htp and St. John wort at the same time. They have a bad interaction together.

You want to find combination for fish oil that is 1000mg of EPA and only 500mg DHA. A lot of fish oils have the wrong ratio. Take as many jell caps till you reach that combination. (this is important)

Take 1500mg ashwagandha (make sure its organic) before bed. It should help you sleep

L-Theanine - 200mg in the AM / 400mg in the PM

Inositol powder - 4 grams in the AM / 6 grams in the PM

magnesium citrate 200mg in the AM / 200mg in the PM

Lions make mushroom 1g in the morning
 
Yeah, I do have this internal dialogue literally all the time whenever I'm alone that kind of makes me go crazy for a bit if I don't keep it in check.. Thanks a lot man, it really means a lot that you made an account on here just to post this. But how long ago was your last roll, and are you feeling normal again now since then? Sometimes I just feel like I don't get life anymore and it's impossible to function as a normal person anymore, whatever the hell a "normal" person is.
I just feel so damn awkward everywhere I go, I guess.
 
You've put a lot into your system too quickly. Stay sober for a while, maybe seek counseling too. Find activities that can recharge your soul. Just work through it and your brain will reset itself. If you decided to smoke weed again or roll, try to go lightly. Smoking everyday for years IMO takes the fun out of it.

Try to binge on comedy movies/albums, creating art, sex, ect. Find news ways to release your mania for a while.
