Short/Long Hot/Cold Day/Night: Would YOU Describe YOUR Drink??

There was a lot of different shit tonight (including the WORST sangria I've ever drunk... bad enough for us to actually leave a whole jug of it behind) and yet the only thing that matters right now is how much red bull was included in that. FFS. I love sleeping. :(
 
Clean skin red wine now after a plethora of random drinks tonight. Tastes pretty rat shit. I could keep drinking but I may make this my last.
 
The classic Oak Chocolate milk

im not a milk drinking at all (i dont drink coffee/tea)

but i dont mind these at all, good chocolate milk

the saturated fat intake, is going to sit so well when im playing soccer today.
 
I've had a few weeks off work so I've been drinking Wild Turkey and Cola cans a bit (but the price isn't back to 6 for $20 yet, c'mon move it!), but their a bit sugary for me, been drinking Stella, tried Peroni since so many blers rave about it, found it to be okay but more of a seasoned beer drinkers beer leaving me more hungover than most beers and I tried this $35 carton called Uberbrau at Liquorland, a little flat tasting but not bad at all for a cheapie and it's German. Well that's my little binge for the week logged.
 
Hey UnSquare, good to hear from you again. I see you've cut down on your drinking, sounds healthy, but a little boring. Hope you're doing great, though.
Your comment about caffeine struck a chord with me - it's weird how few people realize that caffeine is an anxiety-inducer, and a big no-no for drinkers with a compromised GABA-system.


Me, I am drinking a heineken right now. Simple and watery, it is what I need right now. I don't need no fancy breakfast stout with oatmeal and shit in it, I need something that tastes almost like water, and whaddaya know, that's heineken.
 
Wild Turkey and Cola Bottles this is bullshit they've gone from 8% to 6.9% now 6% who ordered all this shit? Last premixes I'll be buying by the next time I buy them they'll probably be 2% or something LOL!
 
Clean Skin red again. I've been having terrible problems sleeping over the last little while so I've drunken myself to sleep like 8 out of the last 10 nights. One of those I didn't drink I took sleeping tablets and felt as per usual (Restavit friggin' sucks), like death the next day. The other night was last night and I tried no booze and no tablets and didn't sleep at all. So back to booze.

It's probably old stock where you have been buying them. It's the guff they have gone back up to 9% (is that what they were before?) and, they should be cheaper now too because the senate got rid of the alcopop tax.

The ones I had yesterday were 1.6 standard drinks and $17. They had the stronger new ones but they were warm so I got the cold ones.
 
Whilst the alcopop tax has been abolished I don't think they're going to stop collecting the tax 'til mid may. When that day comes expect me to be posting a lot more about Bundaberg Dry and Lime cans.

edit: oops...apparently I'm drinking UANs Rosemount Semillon Sauvignon Blanc!

I regards to the tax I read in the newspaper that it'll be staying until the end of May.

I don't know about your old stock theory, from what I've noticed they sell pretty fast specially since the place I've been buying them have had the specials and stuff lately. I'll be very pleased if they do go back to 9% (although I thought it used to be 8%) though clue, you've given me hope.
 
^ Yeah, the ones I bought were also on special. Maybe they are trying to get rid of all the weaker ones. My mate is the manager in a local pub, he was with me actually when we bought them and we spoke to the chick in the bottle shop we went to.

I'm not 100% sure of the detail, I rarely drink premix anymore. Bottles and Coke Zero all the way :)


Edit: From memory, Turkey cans were 2.4 standard drinks and yeah, 8%. I used to live of them :D

haha drink up. As I said it was on special at Dan Murphy's so please drink it so I can't. :D

I'm drinking South Island Sauvignon Blanc. After a fairly epic drinking session at joannie + P1's apartment last Saturday I have acquired a taste for this one. At least I hope it was this one. Now I'm second-guessing myself because I never remember anything that I drink within a binge.

I'm all for the buy a bottle and mix with Coke Zero thing myself, not to mention I prefer Makers Mark to Wild Turkey and it doesn't come premixed. I drink the odd pre mix driving home from work or whatever though.

I dunno too much of that sugary cola seems to give me heartburn and not to mention make me fat, rot my teeth so yeah like I said the Coke Zero idea's great.
 
Drinking Stella as today and tomorrow are the last days of my holidays from work :( so I thought I'd make the most after a buffet lunch at Burswood Casino
 
Tonight its Carlsberg Elephant Beer then on to some Makers Mark, going to be messy I think. I'll be at a housewarming with lots of cool people too :) Party hard!
