I have had a bottle of Gentleman Jack quietly sitting next to my stereo for a few weeks now. I am waiting for xmas so I can drink it with good mates. Its soo tempting though!

I drank a whole bottle of Gentleman (minus 2 or 3 I gave away) and it was so awesome. I definitely had a tolerance up, but it didnt give me the nasty harsh drunkeness that cheaper whiskeys do. It was a really mellow, relaxing feeling. Its a really smooth whiskey, it doesnt have that cheap burning sensation that most stuff gives you.
 
Wine - leftover cleanskins. I spent the majority of my day driving out to my parents' place for my brother's birthday. I love my brother and I like his girlfriend, but together they're pretty much the most irritating, holier-than-thou, laughless couple in the world. At his 24th birthday party last night she was apparently whinging that she was the oldest person out of all her friends not to be married. Urgh. More wine.
 
^i can't imagine your brother as laughless!

i'm on beez neez - it was like $50 a case so we snapped it up. i just brushed my teeth though, so it's tasting kinda nasty for the moment.

then a bottle of Sav Blanc. (brand escapes me),
a bottle of Jacob's Creeks Riesling,
team'd wif a bottle of said brand 'White Shiraz/Rose' '...
Wif an awesome steak,
BBQ'd by the best BBQer I know.


Back to beer.

No runnin' out, neither....
