SHIT! Vicodin and apap HELP!

Symptoms of APAP overdose can take a long time to come on, up to 1 or 2 days later. People should not assume just because they took a high dose before and didn't die that you will definitely be fine. We are all different and there are many factors that make a difference (age, gender, general health, the health of your liver, what/when you ate, etc), we have no way of knowing over the internet whether the dose you took was safe for you personally. At least it wasn't a huge overdose, but it can be hard to know with these borderline doses. If in doubt go to the ER.
 
I think this post has taken its course. As stated above if you feel as if you're experiencing any of the symptoms listed regarding paracetamol overdose get to the ER immediately.
