Hi
So, I drink quite a lot of alcohol (say, about 2-3 times per week, of which one day I get absolutely hammered). Sometimes, the day after the heavy drinking, I have some weird after-effects: I feel panicky and I shake a little. My movevents are always very shocky (e.g. I always turn my head very abruptly instead of just gently, like you would normally do).
A benzo fully relieves me of these nasty symptoms, but still, I'd like to know what they're about. If I didn't know any better, I'd say they're withdrawal symptoms but I'm in no way physically addicted to alcohol.
Another thing is that I also have the symptoms when I have used Seroquel. I rarely use it, maybe once every two months, when I'm unable to sleep and have no other medication at hand to put me to sleep. I'd even say the after-effects are even worse after using Seroquel than after said nights of heavy drinking.
Is anyone familiar with this? Or can anyone explain how come I have these syptoms?
Thanks!
