Shadow People: Stories + Theories

All this stuff is really weird and it totally gives me a de ja vu (spelling?), recall to the 70's and this explains some of them freaky trips! Lol I have chronic pain now, many years later, and I take opiates. At times I can relate to the shadows, although I thought that they were just like some sort of carbon floaters in the eyes. I do have visitors now and then that the dog and cats are alerted to also. Like a presence is there or someone is suddenly in the room. Weird and very interesting stuff!

Has anyone seen the episode of star trek voyager - called scientific method? There are invisible aliens conducting experiments on the crew.
I think they eventually get rid of them by flying the ship close to a pulsar.
Would it be possible to get rid of the shadow people by doing this?

Spot on. This is definitely the only way to get rid of them.

For me, shadow people are knee high and if i ever saw a demon, to me it would look like.shadow people i see 4-6 days into a crystal meth binge..

my shadow people look like the business men looking characters in tool's video for "parabola". theyre reasonably polite, but have very different ideals than me, and we get into arguments frequently.

Kept a look out for the shadow men after a heavy mephedrone binge, seems they.re not interested in meph only meth.
Some excellent descriptions above, as for making friends with them, probably a dangerous path to tread, prefer the dmt entities. They don.t hang around as long.

This happened last week and it was very concerning. I hate when it happens. When it does you know you hit psychosis or you have hit psychosis. Thats how it is for me. Anyway cooking real late. Fairly late at night. I am making ground beef and the corner of my eye catches a flash of black. It was scary Yes but more bothersome than anything. It was like a man in black almost a cape...white in the eye area. Looked very sinister. It flashed about 20-30 times and at one point note I am only like 8 feet away and I had to go look to make sure it was just my eyes. Its never fun when you hit that really bad point though. Sometimes it can be very unbearable. Its worth mentioning that I mentioned this on phone to someone in area it moved and got a verryyy overwhelming sense of unease and instantly got cold and goosebumps. Hate it.

The worst is when you finally make it to sleep and you lucid dream in that half awake state and you can feel them, physically, pulling at you - you try to force yourself awake but all you can see and feel is dark, dark, dark...
Meth is fun!

hi all,
Sorry if this has been asked already, I only read the first page of the thread. I'm curious though...how in the HELL would one be able to fall asleep once this starts? I mean, if you had nothing to calm you down, how would it be possible to lay in a dark room, pretty much knowing (at the time) that there are beings of some sort of waiting to pounce, and fall asleep? ?
Usually if on stims which is the only time I have heard or seen shadow people. Usually you wont sleep. If your seeing shit with no comedown cure youll be kinda stuck in panic mode or act a little weird...like sitting infront of doors. One time I remember praying for a few hours not moving at all just scared as fuck.

The shadow people is the common name for all the hallucinations when binging on amphetamines (meth is notorious here) or actually being in the state of amphetamine psychosis.

There is always "someone" malicious moving always in the corner of your eye, and you can never catch them because when you look there it's gone. But also, shadows themselves actually start moving, shaking, and taking on shapes if you are awake long enough. It doesn't bother me the least anymore since I dropped acid for the first time because the acid somehow clicked my mind into a state of "self-awareness" that never wore off over the years and since then, no drug could overwhelm or instill fear in me, not even a 9-day-meth binge without sleep or food (only LOTS of ice tea and coca cola). Yes, the shadow people are there but I viewed it like I would view the distortions when tripping... I found it fascinating.

Well, gm777 explained it really nicely too, but the thing is: you can't describe it approprietly to someone who never saw them. Like you can never explain to someone how LSD feels. It`s just so far and away removed from everyday human experience, but just like acid, you will instantly recognize them when they come visiting you - this one I promise.

^^ What you said!

My shadow people are malicious. They make fun of me, call me names, etc. And as to watch they look like...a shadow of a person. Like someone appearing in silhouette (sp?). Just normal size humans but there's no features on them other than their entire bodies being completely black. And man...they are fast.

Mine look like police officers or gang members.

The gang members are the scariest though. :|

whats the difference?

i like to talk and be friendly with the shadow people except for when they start asking for lines or shots of my shit...cunts never never have their own gear

Ha shit is thread is bringing back some creepy times..I've had full on moments where I'm in my room and I hear the police at my door, outside searching my car in the driveway hearing the tow truck and the dogs and my parents pleading I'm a good kid..which made me swallow all my drugs in a PANIC..head outside to try to help the situation and there's no one outside. Not a soul..it's so real it's scary..another one is the shadow the you can see under your doorway like
Someone is pacing outside your door..you hear it and it feels like when you try to stare at it it stops..then slowly moves again. Ugh. I REFUSE to stay up past 3 days cuz I know that's when shit goes bananas haha..

I saw somebody else call it that in a thread the other day, i've never heard anything else about it and thought i was the only one who experienced it.
First time it happened i was in the shower at this motel at a concert with my boyfriend at the time, just smoked a bowl and i'd been on one for a while. eventually i noticed that there was a radio playing quietly and was like, 'huh that's weird' and looked around the shower and peeked around the curtain in the bathroom and saw no radio. so i was like what the fuck okay it must be from outside or something. then suddenly i notice that if i think about a song specifically it changes to that song.. and then i become aware of my ability to change the volume and bass/treble, no commercial breaks.. Weird thing was that before i figured it out, it was a completely normal radio aside from the random songs and lack of commercials. i was hearing songs in perfect detail that i hardly even know two lines to.. some of them might not have even been real songs. from the times i remember it usually starts with different techno/dance/whatever beats and builds up but a lot of times i'm too gone to notice. and it's always when using meth never any other amphetamines no matter how long i'm up or how much i take.
Anything like this ever happen to anyone else after they've been up a while??

Meth plus sleep deprivation creates a whole other world.
Not sure if this thread is in the correct forum, but after reading your post it reminded me of a DXM "trip" decades ago.
Don't laugh, but I managed to become a tennis ball at Wimbledon.
The closed eyed visuals were HD quality not to mention all the other senses.
I had total control of what I wanted to "see".

Mind blowing shit.

I'm sure this is going to be moved to DC or closed, so I am glad I got my tennis ball experience onto BL.
;)
