The current city I am in, I have to smoke out of my window if I'm going to. Directly out of my window is the police station... I could literally hit multiple cop cars with my lighter if I wanted to. The city is kind of a shithole though, so I don't think much of it... They'd have a hell of a time figuring out how to get in here anyway!
I've also had the experience of going to use in an abandoned building in which someone had obviously been killed... I'll never forget looking around the corner to see my buddy, staring at this huge dried puddle of blood in the middle of this room that was absolutely destroyed. Chalk lines were still there and all. Noticed the police tape on the way out, of course...
