So I pick up some today, not the usual stuff my guy has, it's all kinda scraggly and you can't really see many crystals on it, but its put me on my ass. Now it does look shady, not really solid buds, doesn't look anywhere near as potent as it is. What I wanna know is wtf and why? also, any features on this bud that redeem it's shady looks?

and just to compare, the stuff aboves stronger than the stuff I usually get below. which looks brilliant, nice solid buds!

sometimes if ive been smoking on some really nice bud for a while, ill go get me some Schwag, and roll a nice blunt and get completly stoned, ill be more high from this schwag then any of the dank bud ive been getting, because you get used to the high and then something new comes along and wow, its unfamiliarty is extremly satisifying :)
 
why are those pictures so damn huge...anyways it looks alrite...both buds dont look bad at all, maybe the first one was just cured wrong.
 
I had some bud like that about a month ago.

No smell, no taste - but it also put me on my ass, my wife slept upside down.


I just wonder if it's poor bud, but with say some JH18 or something added.
 
The picture does it a bit of justice, you can't really see that kind crystalage on it from eye. the buds are just so damn scrawny though, been smoking it all day and can say it's awesome stuff but it just looks terrible..meh

& the pics are huge because of my gay ass phone, i figured nsfw tags would work for them tho
 
funny, i think the stuff on the top looks better. it just needs a bit of a manicuring.

also they look like small sativa nugs.
 
I wouldn't say it looks terrible. Just looks like someone did a shitty job trimming it and you just happened to get the bottom of the bag buds.
 
It could be some really well taken care of outdoor? It always looks a bit more beasty probably due to temperature change/ wind, but it can occasionally be pretty strong.
 
First weed looks better to me too.

Looks fresher (though a bit less expertly prepared), while the stuff on the bottom looks like it was stuffed into a container and carted around for a while.

My betting is that the first batch is from a smaller-time grower, using seeds he bought online, while the second one is being grown on a larger scale, using seeds from generic "good" weed.

Looking at that makes me miss the days when i could get weed like that. u_u
 
so you're complaining that you got bud that put you on your ass? i don't get whats the point of this thread... bud is for smoking not looking at
