Its so good to see so many people loving the fact that they are doing great..
I am doing really good.. I had a hard time when my friend died and used the coping skill I have seemingly really developed.. ha right.. ME with coping skills.. yeah it seems so.. so then just a coupla days after i walked in on a man ODing.. I did not travel there with an active user... this is not what we expected to find at all.. I had never met the guy before ever.. the other person there was to busy with their attempt to be bothered.. so long story short i got blindsided to same degree.. I obviously could have been more careful.. but I did just fine.. huge triggers and availability all over.. but you know what the sight of a man face down getting a third of every third breath out was a real good reminder that that fuckin game is for the soon to be dead.. so anyway the correct thing was done and he received the proper care and is recovering well apparently.. just another day in the life of the poor souls in active addiction. so glad i'm done with that shit sucks and is down right boring as hell.
On a side note though.. I relapsed on tobacco.. smoked a few cigars the other night.. so yeah like every time we relapse it didn't make things better only worse and I'm jonesing for a damn smoke right now.

Thanks Hero.. i dont want to go back to anything like physical dependence on the nicotine so I am just dealing with the addictive push.. It will chill a bit soon.. and then it will flare.. and then it will chill.. and then it will flare.. ahh addiction... lol.
