I was thinking about requesting a more befitting title change, like I don't know, something along the lines of "HOLY SHIT I FOUND THE SECRET TO MANKIND!!!" But after careful consideration, I felt best just to leave it "as-is". Adds to the secrecy and mystique of the whole thing, plus how many people are going to make it to the 9th page of a boring ADHD self-medication thread. The way I see it, the individuals who make it this far are the ones we want to bring on-board...

hey Acklack I know you were diagnosed as having ADD, did you ever get diagnosed as having mania or being bipolar?

It is just something to consider. I have three friends who are bipolar/manic. They have used METH and even without the drugs, when they are not on medications and are manic or hypo-manic they get paranoid, think people are watching them, going to break into their home, etc. You would have to see a doctor and/or a psychiatrist to confirm or negate a diagnosis.

I have had some experiences people would consider telepathic but I was on high doses of LSD and mushrooms, and once when I was not on anything but it was with friends and relatives so maybe they had a good idea of what I was thinking?

There's a trick to getting the most out of powerful drugs, it's like a prank from the heavens, it goes like this:

Your conscious mind says to use them in high doses once in a while to get "High". The higher the better, right? "If I get high enough I bet I become telepathic!!" Yeah, that's not how it works.

Your conscious mind is an obstacle: It fools you. It lies to you. It steers you in the wrong direction. Try ignoring it, try shutting it off, try doing the opposite of what it says.

Instead of using large amounts of powerful drugs on an infrequent basis to get the conscious mind "high", try using micro-doses on a daily basis to get the subconscious mind far.

It's not too terribly complicated when you get to thinking about it...

You are in a psychosis. I hear and imagine weird shit too. Its the drugs. Youre going to have a very stark realization someday and I hope it is soon. Shut your mind off, try doing the opposite of what it’s telling you. You’ll find out that daily crystal meth use pushing your subconscious mind this far is pushing a subconscious dream and not conscious reality. Youre living in a nightmare. Mark Zuckerburg doesnt have a clue who you are. CIA hasnt done a thing to you, but a lot of other companies have you on track. Its analytics and its geared to targeting ads at you and your demographic, and its not that scary. There definitely arent bots impersonating all your friends. No one has the time or incentive to write the program the AI just to fuck with you exclusively. These are delusions of persecution and grandeur, and theyre very, very common with meth users.

I think you do more meth than you claim too. Medicinal level amphetamine use does not lead to your entire personality and physical body radically changing, specifically having a major psychosis and extreme weight loss in a short period of time. Amphetamine abuse does.

@acklac7 - hey buddy. Are you still doing well with low dose meth? I am curious what your ideal dosing and ROAs are, do you mind sharing that here or if not maybe send me a PM?

I am waiting for the dopamine fairy to fly in through the little hole I drilled in the wall for her to get started, since I was thwacked out of my gourd for a few weeks there, landing some sleep finally only 24 hours ago. Here is what I have tried in the past that worked until it didn’t:
Wake up pop a tablet of 20mg dex & vaporized .05 clean P2P
Around 2pm every day I would feel almost ready for a nap & take another 20mg of dex
Smoke through a bubbler about .25 g cannabis indica before dinner (cannabis makes for a fantastic flavor enhancer) & again before bed (great soporific)

pros: it was easy for me not to have an ETOH relapse which is worse than a bout of CM psychosis in my world

cons: takes an ungodly amount of willpower to not have more methamp vapor. And another. And just one more. <zip> fap fap fap fap fap ... honey can you come serve me a hit my hands are busy
<48 hours later> I should get some sleep <torch cracks on> right after I melt this puddle

I always ended up back at abuse very quickly.

I am thinking oral methamp might make for less redosing cravings and perhaps better compliance? And I can’t get a benzos script or use cannabis ATM.

EDIT: I don’t have access to “reliable” meth anymore but I just sourced an oz of something that if not abused will last quite awhile for low dose and at least keep that variable stable

You can do some of this via meditation.
I started with 2-3 minute meditations and I’ve trained other ADHD brains to start there as well. I call it “fat guy meditation” and usually do it in the fetal position, personally, but I start saying stuff to them softly to deemphasize special breathing or posture and other details, “just close your eyes, aim for stillness but move if you need to, our target is a mindset of Non-judgemental Expanding Awareness. <pause> What do you hear. There is the air conditioner noise, kind of a white noise... <pause> it’s pretty loud but that’s ok. <pause> I also hear my own breathing <pause> can you hear yours? <pause> a little whistling noise when I inhale, I didn’t notice that before. And birds... and that’s it you just meditated!

not too hard!


12 years ago I started doing that when my dexamp abuse comedowns were coming on and today I meditate 2-3 hours total a day, even/especially during marathon methamp binging

Which types of porn do you like to watch, look at, or did you produce?
 
I write down daily tasks on a notecard or on paper, or a list of goals. As I complete each one and finish it, I check it off and move onto the next task.

It sounds silly, but this helps me to focus on one thing at a time, and do it to completion instead of focusing on doing multiple things or everything all at once and procrastinating or not getting it done.
This is an excellent strategy, with one caveat: myself and many other ADHD people can be perfectionists (for me , when I am ADHD medicated or not, YMMV).

So I always try to keep in mind the 80/20 rule or the saying “perfect is the enemy of good”. This is especially important if you are over medicating which TBH myself (and I think all of us stimmers) are prone to do.

Also don’t get hung up checking them off in order, you can come back and make it better later if you have time. Trust me you’ll get the little dopamine kiss either way.

Hehe I do not care about perfection. It is not really possible, or people do it for show on social media to hide themselves, and to be fake or narcissistic.
