hell yes it is! yet it's a schedule 2 drug. Fent DEF. needs to be a schedule 1 drug. As its, BY FAR, the strongest Narcotic/Opiate.
imo, the DEA and FDA don't have a clue wtf they're doing.
First of all, its all over the USA how RX drugs are being abused, and they call it the war on drugs.
They can control it SO much better, and we wont have this problem.
In all honesty, they can easily STOP the RX drug problems on the streets.
Ok, when they're on the streets being sold, they obviously come from the people who have RX's for those drugs.
if the FDA and DEA REALLY want the RX drug problem to STOP, they CAN. By doing this--
Anyone RX'd a Scheduled drug, from schedules 2-4, or even 5 if they're abuseable. Schedule 1 drugs are obviously already illegal and cannot be RX'd.
So anyone with a RX of Narcotics, benzos, barbs, any addictive potential drug, should at least check in with the doctor once a week to count the pills, and see if they're really taking as RX'd.
Obviously, the streets are filled with RX drugs.
I just don't understand why they complain about this abuse bullshit, and they don't really put enough effort to stop it.
My idea IMO is perfect, anyone who's RX'd an addictive substance that can be sold on the streets easily, the DEA and FDA should make a new law that anyone RX'd those drugs are mandatory to go and check in your RX weekly.
Those who actually take them as RX'd, can keep their RX. For example If someone got a months worth of Oxycodone, they would need to at least go and show that your not selling, or abusing the drugs.
So, drug count, and drug tests, IMO this will change America for the better. There would be WAY less addicts.
Isn't that what the DEA and FDA want?
So why not do something like that?
