Misc Scheduled drugs in USA are BS...

That gave me a good laugh. Nice job

Edit: They already do monthly pill check and urine tests.... It doesn't change a damn thing except make medications harder to get for people who need it yet can't plan their life around going to the doctor to get pills. That's usually only people making money off pills who can really live like that.

Monthly bro, really?
a month is WAY too long, that's when they're RX should be empty, this is the current law, and look how it's working..........HORRIBLY. RX drugs are all over the streets.

That's why their needs to be a change.

They DEA and FDA complain about it, and yet, they really, they don't do shit to stop it. It's like they want it to happen.

It's stupid to you as it is to most as your not making money off of it like them....

At this point I have to think you are trolling

Totally true.

But that's complere bullshit, and not fair to us Americans.

They probably take the drugs away from the dealers/addicts to use it themselves, how do we fucking know if they don't? They tell the media they burn it, haha, yeah right. They probably burn 10-20% of what they get to 'show' the media they're doing the right thing.

It's clear and simple, the DEA and FDA are completely fucked up. They don't care about anything but money.

tacodude

hell yes it is! yet it's a schedule 2 drug. Fent DEF. needs to be a schedule 1 drug. As its, BY FAR, the strongest Narcotic/Opiate.

imo, the DEA and FDA don't have a clue wtf they're doing.

First of all, its all over the USA how RX drugs are being abused, and they call it the war on drugs.
They can control it SO much better, and we wont have this problem.

In all honesty, they can easily STOP the RX drug problems on the streets.
Ok, when they're on the streets being sold, they obviously come from the people who have RX's for those drugs.

if the FDA and DEA REALLY want the RX drug problem to STOP, they CAN. By doing this--

Anyone RX'd a Scheduled drug, from schedules 2-4, or even 5 if they're abuseable. Schedule 1 drugs are obviously already illegal and cannot be RX'd.

So anyone with a RX of Narcotics, benzos, barbs, any addictive potential drug, should at least check in with the doctor once a week to count the pills, and see if they're really taking as RX'd.
Obviously, the streets are filled with RX drugs.

I just don't understand why they complain about this abuse bullshit, and they don't really put enough effort to stop it.

My idea IMO is perfect, anyone who's RX'd an addictive substance that can be sold on the streets easily, the DEA and FDA should make a new law that anyone RX'd those drugs are mandatory to go and check in your RX weekly.
Those who actually take them as RX'd, can keep their RX. For example If someone got a months worth of Oxycodone, they would need to at least go and show that your not selling, or abusing the drugs.

So, drug count, and drug tests, IMO this will change America for the better. There would be WAY less addicts.

Isn't that what the DEA and FDA want?
So why not do something like that?

Sounds like you should be a cop or DEA agent. Why don't you give them a call. People with lives and work don't have time for that. People have enough trouble finding the time and money to see a doctor in the first place.

Because you act like this is news.... People will figure this out when they are ready. Shoving it down people's throats like you are leadeth a lot of paranoia based upon speculation and misinformation.

Trolling or not your doing no good towards discussing harm reduction in the sense of other drugs. Your discussing drug policy and not really.... This topic is much more complicated than you are making it out to be.

I was just watching something on TV in regards to how much money doctors make in order to prescribe certain drugs.
It´s not about the cure, but it´s more interesting financially to keep a patient in treatment.
And it does not matter whether the doctor approves or have studied about the drugs he´s about to prescribe but the check
he´s receiving every month.
Pharmaceuticals have lot it completely. It used to be done discretely but now no one cares .. it´s really bad..

that would be 100% true if it was said in the 1990s. and 70% in 2004.

it is a lot better now than it used to be. Still - it is either happens very, very rarely - or they are good at hiding it. i think it i s the first.

What has happened: pharm companies spent much for on marketing than R&D (yep). so this in the end gets the same results - more sales of drugs, vaccines -/ prescribed / used

I'm not acting like this is news at all. As you see in my posts about 'the war on RX/street drugs, I obviously know it has been going on for a long ass time.

But the point of my OP post is, it's time for a change, if the government can't control well like they're doing now, why not make more strict rules to at least TRY and HELP on whats going on,...

Call the cops, you're acting like one.
What your proposing is a police state. Why are you being so hypocritical. Your username is a cross between methadone and oxycodone so you obviously enjoy them.

LOL @ the people bashing me.

Yes, im a current addict myself, never said I wasn't.

I posted this thread because im TIRED of all the media hype about the war on RX drugs in America. Yet, they still have most of the same regulations....

This is all they did the past few months, was make hydrocodone a Schedule II drug and got removed from the Schedule III category.

To the people bashing me, get yourselves educated, and have some fucking respect. If you don't like my post, or thread, then don't read/comment on them. I don't appreciate the bashing part, you don't like whats being said by someone, then move on to the next thread, or ignore it.

I absolutely enjoy them, and yes you're right, my user name 'Methacodone' is a cross between, Methadone, Oxycodone, and Hydrocodone. My favorite opiates.

Call the cops? LMAO.

Come on man, im not acting like a cop at all. I'm just stating MY opinion on what will make AMERICA for the better.

Yet, im still getting bashed.

Did you guys even read my OP?

This thread is about having drugs in the WRONG category. (scheduled drugs)

The point of this thread is, the current scheduled drug system, is totally fucked up, as they have a lot of them in the wrong category.

Example, having cannabis and heroin in the same category, ha ha, fucking bullshit.

If your tired of the news stop reading it and maybe pick up a book or go outside and get fresh air..... It's not that hard

You are entirely too stupid to reason with.

How will this help America? There would be a huge increase in drug testing and extra work for doctors, who's gonna pay for it, the dea? If so where the fuck is all that money gonna come from? Or will the patients have to pay for it? Is that all you got because I'm not seeing a solution to your problem here. This is infringing on privacy rights and is expensive.

If you do manage to extinguish street pill use then people will just go back to illegally manufactored drugs. FAIL!!!!!

Yes officer.
Your trying to police prescription drugs, sounds like police work to me.
