Rolling + Exercise

Hold on one second!

A friend of mine tried this. DON'T DO IT.

He took a couple pills and hit up the gym. He was in severe pain for the next couple of days. If you want to guinea pig it, go ahead, but I highly doubt you are going to end up getting any stronger from a drug that wears your body down.
 
thats different...thats strecthing and spiritual....not exactly pushing your body to any limits!!
 
I used to ALWAYS pop pills before going and doing cardio. Its awesome for burning tons of calories. I always do speed walking just to be sure though, and man i sweat through an entire shirt in about 30 minutes. I find that walking on a treadmill while rolling makes you feel like you are walking on air. In about a month i was able to speed walk at a pace of 5.5mph for 2 hours no problem.
 
Also I did this probably 20 times and asside from a faster than normal heart beat I've experienced no side effects except for dropping about 25lbs in a month.
 
I have thought about doing this before. However, the stress on the heart, over heating, and dehydration all came to mind.

Its fun to be energetic when on MDMA. But I wouldn't push my luck on it. Speed walking on a treadmill would be my limit. Light cardio works. I wouldn't lift anything because of the artificial strength it gives wouldn't be nice the next few days.

Also, dancing and sex are an amazing workout
 
I don't know about rigorous exercise, but I like to do some stretching and calestenics just to get rid of the butterflies and get pumped up for the ride. Nerves, stiffness and lethargy can ruin even the best roll. Believe it or not, I've found that I can work out intensely when I smoke weed. I can just as easily eat a pint of ice cream and pass out, but I try to stick with the exercise.

Why would you want to do this? Are you really that dumb? Think about what E does to you. Then think about what you want to do.

Why don't you do your workout with something that is better for you? Try a protein shake with a banana about 30 mins before you do weights / 60 mins before cardio workouts.

Even better, try the 5-Hour energy drink. (At your local Ralphs/Vons/Albersons etc)
Packed with energy that you body will use, you won't lose your tolerance to pain.
Yes, it has about as much caffeine as a cup of regular coffee. I use it. It works for me. I do 90 min HapKiDo sessions on it without a hiccup. Just take about 20 mins before you start.

Enjoy your MDMA with people and quality music. That's what it's for.

I am a very big fan of doing my favorite two excersices on E. Dancing (hard, and funky) and also doing yoga.

The absolute best feeling in the world is taking a quick 5 minute yoga break in the middle of dancing. Feels freakin' amazing.
