Rolling + Exercise

Im thinking of doing some E and exercising not like seriously but I wanna do some and then exersize while I wait for ma friend to come. I think this becuz I always get energy boost on E, and IM thinking it could be intresting do to the body buzz u get
 
Depends on how hard you plan on exercising. People spend all night on the dance floor while on MDMA which is the equivalent of an aerobic fitness workout, so just a bit of that is fine. Doing stuff like 5km run or heavy weights is something else, they put a lot more intense strain on your body, particularly your heart, and I wouldn't advise doing them.
People have been known to have heart attacks combining ephedrine and exercise. Stimulants make you think you have more energy than you really do. Just because you feel you can benchpress 150kg doesn't mean you can, or that you can run 2km in 6 minutes off the bat. Doing so (and assuming you didn't die in the attempt) would result in severly fucking your body up and once you come down and stop moving find most of the muscles in your body are torn, strained or pulled, making the next week very painful.

Where exactly are you planning on taking the E? In a gym, at home etc? Are you and your friend planning on going somewhere afterwards or are you just taking the MDMA for the hell of it?
 
we r gonna chill inside but hes taking a while cuz hes ma supplyer and has to sell some of his shit, im gonna take one and hwne he gets here take anoher, then we might go somewhere or probably bjust chill
 
i've played DDR for 6 hours straight on it, on 'maniac' mode. also ran a mile on it in 5:20 (normally i'd get around 6) and i felt fine afterwards. i dont know, just depends on the person
 
I duno if this is any help but a buddy of mine likes to go home before his E high runs out so he can workout. (Weight Lifting)
 
i ran about a mile to my friends house when i last rolled and felt fine. but like i'm use to running three miles as an exercise routine. but since i get so enegetic while on E i wanna tray doing light weights.
 
Lifting weights is probably not the best idea under the influence of E. If eye wiggling occurred, this could potentially be dangerous as you may not be able to put the weight back down, or some other complications. I tried it once, but sticked with light weights in case anything bad happened. Just better to be safe than sorry in my oppinion.

I go to the gym 5 days a week and last week I took some E... snorted 3/4 pill and went to my local gym... I lifted pretty heavy cuz I had lots of energy.... Bring some music to listen to also just dont start dancing around lol ..

I was sweating waaaayyy more than usual and my chest sounded like it wanted to explode so i didnt do a very long workout,...

I dont know .. I was thinking about doing that today but im a little nervous cuz i just read that my pills have lots of meth and not to take them ... really pissed right now actually cuz i bought a bunch ..

Should I try them?
 
rode a bike for a few miles without water or anything and i was fine. wasnt by choice, i was stranded.

but yeah....you should be fine if you're careful.

stay hydrated and dont OVER do it.
 
If your exercising to gain muscle/weight I wouldnt reccomend doing E before a workout.

But for losing weight, rolling at the Gym, would be effective
