Rolling and driving messes with heads.....

3. My mate sitting in the passenger side clicked his seat belt on about 1 min before they crashed....

i imagine this was due to nervousness about your friends driving at the time. next time he should speak up, he may save lives... possibly his own.

^ i'm on e right now! snorted some malaysian e, tp help study. Fuck i wouldn't drive, not even if someone gave me $1000 bux. i'm that fucked up that i can't even keep my eyes straight, while i type on the keyboard. I learn't my lesson, don't risk it.

haha lorenzo ya funny man how the hell is that gona help you study!!!!
but good to hear ya not driving!! have a wiked night dude!!!!=D

Well.. had expieriences like this... not quite so intense, but 160km on a town st sounds like something a mate and i did... honest, i enjoy rolling whilst in a car - i wont dare drive, but i mate of mine loves it, says it's the only time he feels right. lol... wekk we didn't hit anything but a cat, and he tried to get me to drive, i just said "no, i'm seeing tripples". but alas, it may be fun, and fair unuff if u kill yourself, but not anyone else, or for that matter, innocent people.

There is something seriously wrong when a motor vehicle becomes a roll toy. :| That's even worse than it just being a mode of transportation while fucked up; it crosses the line from plain stupidity to outrageous stupidity inviting manslaughter.

Why don't you just load up a shotgun and play russian roulette? Whooooaaa... hey that could be fun! OMG! 8)

Dude u don't wanna know!!! Pretty much listening to trance, music up, laptop on, dancing, chilling, while typing something down when u get the chance! A kind of study party 8)!

I do small amounts of e for work... like a match stick (1/4 pill) snorted every 1-2 hours. It's damn nice, and it does help with my ADHD, ritalin, dex, speed, meth are all good but at least on e i enjoy studying ;).

A calculated risk is getting into a car and driving it.
An unnecessary risk getting into a car and driving it really fast.

... I'm a fucking law student, blah blah balh!

You may be a 'fucking' law student, but you are also a fucking moron!

But what i am certain about is taking calculated risks, not unnessary ones. I'm a fucking law student, and if i did hurt/kill someone, my future career would go down the drain. Thats why i like to speed on the highway, with no pedestrians around, and with little cars around. So the only consequences are the ones I inflict upon myself and ensure that i don't harm others.

Yeah, what the fuck ever. My husband was driving sensibly (110km p/h - the legal limit on the freeway) on the gold coast motorway one night "with little cars around" when he had to swerve to avoid crashing into hoons driving erratically... his car rolled and smashed into the central median strip. The pricks didn't even stop or call for help. He lay on the side of the freeway for 3 hours until police who were patrolling stopped to check out the mangled wreckage in the center of the freeway. He was in intesive care on forced sedation for a period of time because of swelling in his brain. I found out about the accident when police came to my door...I sat by his bedside, trying to get my head around the image of this wonderful man on life support....I was faced with the idea of losing the man i'd been married to for ONE YEAR and loved more than life because of fucking pricks like you who like to take so-called "calculated risks". Are you even aware that there is a world out there, aside from the little universe you've created for yourself where you are the only one that is important???? You may think that your risks are calculated...i'm sure the people that caused my husbands accident thought the same...

The consequences of this accident are that my husband (Mr Samadhi) has problems holding objects because of the damage to his hands, he has very little feeling in his bottom lip due to a branch breaking through the windscreen and stabbing him (thank Christ it wasn't his eye...), and due to eye damage caused by shards of glass, he can't look at a computer screen and can't take long drives (something we loved to do in the past)...

So yeah, you continue to make "calculated risks"... don't think about ANYONE but yourself... your attitude is one of the reasons why this world is shit. Thankyou for lowering my opinion of humanity even more...

^^^I'm so sorry to hear he's still got ongoing problems K

I didn't know the reason for the accident, so senseless. I wonder if it crossed the perpetrators minds again after the night.

I can't help wondering if lorenzo_benzo is trolling a little. One can't honestly expect a positive reception to the comments and stories he posts. To be perfectly honest I've never seen a more disrespectful character on this board. Given there's a degree of truth in what he says, frankly I'd have a hard time restraining myself meeting him in real life.

lorenzo: you seem pretty set in your ways regarding drugs and driving if what you're saying is true so let me enlighten you and everyone else about your hot shot private university. I grew up on the Gold Coast and Bond uni is well known as Allan Bonds last symbolic gesture attempting to hide funds before bankruptcy.

The university does not qualify in terms of academic range (no science or engineering faculties) or performance benchmarking for HECS. Ergo this totally private institute almost solely attracts international students with very wealthy parents. ie it's not that difficult to buy your degree if you've got the cash to back you. I think this is evidenced considering that most of the law students I've come across have a reasonable grasp of grammar. =D

Guys, Lorenzo already said that he's sorry for what he did and is reconsidering it. Please take the time to read all the responses :)

Having said that, I'm really sorry to hear about samadhi, as he's one of the coolest posters on this board and proof that people DO get hurt by this sort of behaviour.

Did u really think I'm trolling? Fuck, u don't know me, and I'm not disrespectful, but i do say whats on my mind (positive or not). What comments and stories did u expect from me? Happy ones, with fairies and shit!!!

U know time changes everything, stop being ignorant... it could happen instantly. Maybe i realised something with the help of other members and their stories/experiences, and now I think twice about driving fast while on amphetamines/or any other drug for that matter. I'm trying to make changes, take into consideration other around people around me rather than being "in my own universe", and inflicting harm upon myself or others.

BTW - Bond Uni rules!!! Yeah it may be a pay university, and it may be international, but it gets u a job! Isn't that all that matters? Also I defered a year to go to QUT, cause we all not rich... But going back in Jan semester, but still around cause of my friends/sisters.

As for meeting up, likewise... cause you don't read before u write, and accuse people of being full of shit when they not.

Agreed and agreed.

Heaping more guilt apon someone who has already clearly stated that THIS thread has changed his attitudes, *and* that he's going to try to positively influence his friends in the future (a big call, imo) is counter-productive.

Not to diminish in any way the very valid anger of the samadhi's. :(

People who brag are just terrible!!! *gives Lorenzo evils*

I personally dont see the HUGE deal in rolling and driving if ur sensible about it, I do it often, mostly to get from Club/Home or Club/Other Venue and thats about it.

I dont trust anyone else whos taken drugs to drive me, and I drive like a grandma at the best of times, I dont believe it effects my driving what so ever, Im never usually PEAKING hard or anything, its more so when ur still feeling the afterglow etc etc.

I dunno, if ur sensible about it and ur a pretty sensible driver/person all round, I dont see the big deal.

Doubt my car would even get up to 160 =) nehoo.

Ive never had any accidents/mishaps in 5 years of doing so.

RiseGurl did you read the thread or just felt like adding your peice at the end?

Can you drive as well as your friend? 8)

What if that car was an old lady out for her morning walk.....

Sorry, but I didn't read his comments concerning his sudden turn-around re: this subject. I read that while he doesn't drive on busy roads, he thinks there's nothing wrong with driving recklessly on a freeway... intoxicated or not, that's just wacked. The speed limits on a freeway are higher than other roads, therefore, for people to speed excessively would mean travelling at higher than 120km's an hour...the response time/braking time at those speeds is scary....

IF he has decided to stop ALL reckless driving...then i applaud him. :)

The only advice i give him is: You may think you're above consequense by taking calculated risks as a motorist...but buddy, you're not... driving at excessive speed, whatever state you're in, is not worth it. Keep it for Archerfield Speedway or Willowbank (brisbane people will know what i'm talking about). I sincerely hope you never have to go through what Mr Samadhi, his mum and I went through on Saturday Morning, 3rd April 2004.

Be safe everyone.

*claps* well here's a medal for doing a public service by not driving peaking. By what you typed though, it looks to me that you HAVE driven whilst you have been peaking

Do you have a problem with people that drink drive? You are no different.
Sensible people don't drive when under the influence period.

Ive never had any accidents/mishaps in 5 years of doing so.

Not yet anyways. I have seen alot of people get involved in even minor scrapes when they have been comming down/afterglow. Hence I will never get into a car with ANYONE if they are high, regardless of what drug it is.

Your way of thinking scares me.

U know what i can do with ur evil, reverse it and make sure it bites u on ur ass. Just because u havn't crashed ur car in 5 years, doesn't mean it won't happen!!!

Doubt my car would even get up to 160 =) nehoo.
See, just because we drove at speed in excess of what ur car is capable of doesn't mean u have to turn green with envy. Don't be jelous, maybe one day, u will get a car that can go 180, and for once will be able to drag and maybe even pass a car for once. Not that u would notice, cause u probably so fucked up, u can't read a speedometer.

BTW i thought forums was about sharing. I was never braging but merely writing about my past experiences. U braging, acting like a fool, telling us its ok to break laws and such. Maybe u should burn in hell for not reading, illiterate fuck :p

We had a pill party on the weekend at my mates house and it was a very very good night i will have some pictures soon but at about 4am four of my best mates jumped in the car to drop one home who hadnt droped and was tired and buy some gum and smokes couse we had run out. Well they crashed going 160km/h in to a brick wall and were nearly killed...
but all of them walked away no cuts just banged up a bit and there are a few small resones that they survived and some other strange things:

1. The wall that they hit was 1 and 1/2 meters thick exept about 3 meters were the owners couldnt afford to get it renforced so it was thin and thats were they hit.....

2. His new rims that he had got a few days before all snaped if he had the origainal rims on the car would have rolled...

3. My mate sitting in the passenger side clicked his seat belt on about 1 min before they crashed....

4. The song that they were singing just before they crashed was madonnas song "This will be the die that i die"

5. The first person they saw and talked to when they got out of the car was another random rolling dude...

6. and every one who has seen the car and heard that they were going 160 says they should have been killed or at lest one of them shouldnt have made it....

and they were all rolling hard and none had to go to hospital all got out of the car fine but it was the worst come down thinking about all the little what ifs and really messed with a few of our heads! so i would just like to say that you shouldnt drive when your drinking or rolling because it dosnt only fuk with your head but with all your mates as well....

i will get some pictures of the car and wall and put them up here when i get them!

BestA, where did you pull some of these facts man?
:\
Ah well, I guess it adds for dramatic effect.
It was 205 into a corner, 175 the car hit its first piece of median strip (about 80kph when the wall was actually hit).
:(
PEACE

Edit: Thought I'd have a read of some previous posts..
In relation to the seatbelt being 'clicked' on just before the crash.

Unfortunately this never happened, although there was one person in the car who was passed out moments before the crash and didn't have his seat-belt on.
This does not at all effect the validity of the statements made by everyone.
I think it should also be stated, on behalf on the driver, that they fully understand their actions... and what could have been.
:\
Makes me sick just reflecting on it.
Anyway, the driver was on a concoction (sp.) of phets (speed), MDMA and about 8 beers over a 4 or so hour period.
At the time he, and everyone else involved in the trip, didn't realise the consequences of what could have, and to some to degree did, happen.
BTW, he no longer has a car, nor any money, although still appears to be over the moon that everyone is okay.
*Sigh*
Someone close the fucking thread now*
:) :(
PEACE
