Grand Strand suuuucks in the offseason

I'm living in Ocean Isle Beach nowadays; moved down from Rocky Mount in August. I float between here and Ft. Myers, FL to see my girlfriend when possible. Looking for likeminded freaks down with DnB/Jungle/Hard Trance, M:TG, the written word (shameless self promotion HERE! ), and terrorizing cultural do-goodniks whenever and wherever possible. Plus, with friends, I won't have to smoke or rollerskate alone.

Help a cracker out!

Whoa - never knew there was a big scene in NC. I just moved to charlotte in august. Couldn't go through the fifty million replies so i was hoping someone could clue me in on the scene around the Charlotte area. I haven't heard of one so far or maybe i'm just meeting the wrong people. :-P

Welcome to Charlotte! There's tons of stuff going on here throughout most of the week. Check out Tonic, Mythos...Third Eye events and sugar society events are never disappointing. Just pick up a Creative Loafing paper and you'll find lotsa stuff :)

The owner of Fusion is a true and thru KandyKid who has finally opened a strictly electronica club in Wilmington. I'm totally excited for him, but the hip hop kidz in the area are tryin to take over.... I NEED THE RAVERZ TO COME DEFEND MY NEWFOUND HOME!!!!
