Wow. What a great piece of journalistic material This anti-cough syrup crap makes me want to go out and steal a box of coricidin, because, obviously, my socio-economic group dictates that i dont have enough money for real drugs...so im searching for a "cheap" high. yes, apearently it does.

actually i was alluding to the fact that the "poor" kids' (poor being a relative term) parents were not supplying them with hundreds of dollars of drug money, and so were left with either working, selling or finding cheaper ways of getting fucked up (the latter being the easiest, and therefore most often followed path)

God forbid we let down the zero policy for once and concede that DXM alone is not inherent dangerous, but that the problem lies in that these kids are eating Coricidin in high doses so that the other active ingredients fuck their heart up.

Despite the fact that they are in the same technical category (NMDA inhibitor/disassociative), they have different lengths of action and different effects. DXM is not an anesthesiac, much like K, PCP, n2o, and sometimes alcohol is. It is in a class of its own, sharing faint similarities with the others. You really won't know until you try it.
