Roadside Drug Testing (VIC)

^ From what I have read on some law orientated sites yeah drug driving inhibits you from work licences. I will have to arrange a chat with a duty solicitor to confirm, this is for QLD anyway. And yes, although I would definitely have been under the influence, unless absolutely off guts on gear, impairment is really nil. But then again you cant exactly legalise driving under drugs..

Albeit I fucked up and was in the wrong, but the stigma and completely unbalanced laws rile me up to no end.
