Altered Perception

I want to try meth to temporarily overcome being bedridden everyday due to Chronic Fatigue but I haven't done any recreational drugs in 15 years cause I am disabled with a damaged Autonomic Nervous System (Dysautonomia). My illness causes me many symptoms but the ones relevant to this post are: I overheat everyday with high body temperature, blood pressure and rapid heart rate problems and and I have a severe chemical sensitivity and intolerance to all stimulants, sedatives and depressants.
The biggest challenge for me is the adverse effects and in my case I can only tolerate amounts well below the therapeutic dose of any "drugs". Before I can even take the required dose the very first feelings I notice are all the adverse effects which mess up my heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature. The more I try to increase my dose to achieve the therapeutic effects, the more the adverse effects increase instead. This happens with EVERY psychoactive drug out there. For this reason I am no longer capable of feeling euphoria from any drug.
But I found a loophole where gaining some tolerance first with repeated exposure to small amounts of the drug helps reduce some adverse effects. So I bought a point of meth to work with. It contained around 20 or so crystals each around the size of sand grains. A normal healthy person would have probably taken half or the full point in one use but I began with 1/20th of a dose at first. My intention was to find the dose where i could start feeling something. But unfortunately when i finally discovered that dose after repeated attempts, the very first feelings I noticed were also accompanied with some adverse effects such as increased body temperature, feeling edgy, uneasy, overstimulated, rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure, confusion, unable to focus or concentrate.
But sadly i did not feel anymore awake or energy or any euphoria than I normally feel. I realized I would have to increase my dose to get closer to a therapeutic dose but with every increase the adverse effects are also increasing. During yesterdays trial I began to feel uncomfortably overheated and my temperature went up to 38.1c and I finally managed to reduce it by sitting under the cold shower however my head continued to get real hot. It felt like my brain was overheating. I eventually had to get the ice packs out and put them on my head. is it normal for your skull to get real hot even when the rest of your body cools down?
But my dose is still so far below the therapeutic dose that I can afford to keep going higher but at the same time I have to keep an eye out on my vital signs. so that brings me to my question.
Does anyone know what your body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure should be at during a moderate meth use?
Can anyone please measure their body temperature with a thermometer and tell me what it is when they are on meth. Mine got up to 38.1 C. (100.58 F.). So I would like to have someone to compare it with. I want to make sure mine are within the acceptable range during my trials.
My other question is regarding the duration of the effects. Currently any noticeable effects only last for 2 hours for me, but am I correct to assume that the current short duration is purely a result of taking such an extremely low dose? If i was able to increase my dose would that also increase the length of time of the drug? Thanks for any help.
