I want to try meth to temporarily overcome being bedridden everyday due to Chronic Fatigue but I haven't done any recreational drugs in 15 years cause I am disabled with a damaged Autonomic Nervous System (Dysautonomia). My illness causes me many symptoms but the ones relevant to this post are: I overheat everyday with high body temperature, blood pressure and rapid heart rate problems and and I have a severe chemical sensitivity and intolerance to all stimulants, sedatives and depressants.

The biggest challenge for me is the adverse effects and in my case I can only tolerate amounts well below the therapeutic dose of any "drugs". Before I can even take the required dose the very first feelings I notice are all the adverse effects which mess up my heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature. The more I try to increase my dose to achieve the therapeutic effects, the more the adverse effects increase instead. This happens with EVERY psychoactive drug out there. For this reason I am no longer capable of feeling euphoria from any drug.

But I found a loophole where gaining some tolerance first with repeated exposure to small amounts of the drug helps reduce some adverse effects. So I bought a point of meth to work with. It contained around 20 or so crystals each around the size of sand grains. A normal healthy person would have probably taken half or the full point in one use but I began with 1/20th of a dose at first. My intention was to find the dose where i could start feeling something. But unfortunately when i finally discovered that dose after repeated attempts, the very first feelings I noticed were also accompanied with some adverse effects such as increased body temperature, feeling edgy, uneasy, overstimulated, rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure, confusion, unable to focus or concentrate.

But sadly i did not feel anymore awake or energy or any euphoria than I normally feel. I realized I would have to increase my dose to get closer to a therapeutic dose but with every increase the adverse effects are also increasing. During yesterdays trial I began to feel uncomfortably overheated and my temperature went up to 38.1c and I finally managed to reduce it by sitting under the cold shower however my head continued to get real hot. It felt like my brain was overheating. I eventually had to get the ice packs out and put them on my head. is it normal for your skull to get real hot even when the rest of your body cools down?

But my dose is still so far below the therapeutic dose that I can afford to keep going higher but at the same time I have to keep an eye out on my vital signs. so that brings me to my question.

Does anyone know what your body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure should be at during a moderate meth use?

Can anyone please measure their body temperature with a thermometer and tell me what it is when they are on meth. Mine got up to 38.1 C. (100.58 F.). So I would like to have someone to compare it with. I want to make sure mine are within the acceptable range during my trials.

My other question is regarding the duration of the effects. Currently any noticeable effects only last for 2 hours for me, but am I correct to assume that the current short duration is purely a result of taking such an extremely low dose? If i was able to increase my dose would that also increase the length of time of the drug? Thanks for any help.

This just sounds like a terrible idea. Meth always makes my heart rate go up & I sweat like crazy. I also don't have the best circulation. Plus, meth causes paranoia, so coupling that with the side effects you mention, this just sounds bad.

I appreciate your concern but this was something i wanted to try and the only reason i explained my medical history was to provide the reasoning behind my question.

But any how it turns out you were right. Today trial turned out horrible. This time my temperature got up to 38.9 C and i ended up at the ER. I flushed the last of the meth down the toilet while i was waiting for the ambo. Its all over now. I wont be trying meth ever again. And the most upsetting part was the adverse reaction i had was towards the most tiny insignificant dose. Majority of you wouldnt have even felt it work. I just hate my damaged body so much its doing my head in.

Damn altered that's horrible. Honestly I'm straying more and more away from tweak ever since the story I told you with my tweak OD. I mean I get high ok but when I get really GOOD dope, my comedowns make my heart quiver randomly at times? Its scary cause isn't the onset of a heart attack? Or the possibility of one? I'm not sure what is but I know I read something heart quivering could do something with your arterys idk.

My heart beats uncomfortably fast obviously when I come down the next day and at times it'll like suck in n out type of sensation beat really fast for 3x or go really slow and skip its been getting scary for me, but only when I get POTENT dope.

BTW I know you've made your choice already due to what happen but my body temp reaches 99 personally. Well one time when I remembered I checked it out.

& to anyone reading this, just wondering what is considered "long term" meth use? I've been doing meth the past 7months quite frequently & overall 3 Years on and off. Now I don't think that's a long time but you think Icould of contracted heart problems in my short amount of time? Not asking to specify problem just a general estimate I guess.

Your playing with fire, I'm healthy, use meth moderately and I often experience those side effects, as those are the side effects of meth, talk with your doc, if your tiredness is that serious, a dr can figure out what to try that won't be adverse, if you decide to keep trying, your best bet is smoking it. Smoking meth allows one to titrate much easier, making it easier NOT to over do it.

Altered Perception; If you have problems with over heating and rapid heart rate I wouldn't recommend using meth. I've been struggling with chronic fatigue for the past three years (unsure of the cause), and ended up using meth most of last year to try and combat this and chronic pain. It did help a lot, but my ability to go out and do things was still minimal. You'll also have high potential to over do it and end up even more exhaust, then using more and so on. Using meth really increased my body temperature and I ended up with my feet and legs swelling whenever I over did it. I also got hot flashes strictly in my nose (looked really ridiculous).

If I wasn't in the best place, whether it was physical or mental I would get extremely confused and lose sight of what I was trying to do. When I was trying to leave my house I'd sometimes walk around with multiple things that I needed in my hands, setting something down, losing it, searching for it and setting something else down in the mean time. There was a couple times where it took me three days to leave the house because of this.

Have you tried anything natural? My friend has been using Jameson Total Energy for coming off of meth and for issues with sleep apnea. I tried it a couple times and it didn't make me as jittery and on edge as things like redbull, caffeine pills or other energy pills on the market.

Oh lord man, it sounds like you're going to need to stay away from meth. It can have a negative effect on all of those sides..

Those side effects seem normal. I find with lower amp dosages the side effects are more pronounced and therefore an issue. With higher doses the good effects far outshine the bad, and you dont notice them, but they are still there. Your dosage may only be enough to provide the negative SNS stimulation effects and not the good stuff. Not saying take more though, seems to be a problem for your for some reason.

But I dont think that the low dose should cause side effects to that level you seem to be indicating, something might be wrong with your bodys receptiveness to the drug or the product itself.

I can say however that if i take meth after using it recently, maybe a day back for a few days, due to the tolerance, i get the negative stuff badly, anxiety, confusion etc. So perhaps you have some kind of tolerance related response going on for some reason.

is it normal for your skull to get real hot even when the rest of your body cools down? Yeah, I have had this when overheating but also having vasoconstriction issues everywhere else making the skin almost icy to the touch. Forehead always seems to stay hot though.

Lastly meth is the most euphoric thing ive tried, besides opiates. Even smaller dosages have a clear and pronounced euphoria, far more reliable then average coke quality or other stims. Ive never taken and not felt far more more euphoria then side effects. With no euphoria something is wrong with your response.

And yeah i overheat badly everytime. I never bothered to measure it or anything because its a common side effect that is considered "safe" or at least part of the package and the calculated risk that you take, but will usually sweat like mad and sometimes feel extremely hot to concerning levels, but that was mostly when combining with alcohol. I dont think you should feel overheated to uncomfortable levels where you actually get concerned, then the body temp effect might be what others usually experience, unless like i did a few times with booze, but it didnt cause any harm. Just drink a lot of beer (it has water in it). I mean water.

Still a bad idea using this though if there are other options. Especially if you overheat naturally. Rather avoid then like people with heart conditions should avoid amps as well. Usually I get concerned when everything starts getting really cold like my skin to the touch, and my hands and feet turn blue from the vasocontriction effects. Thats usually not the level you want to get to.

I am on high dose meth right now and the only negative symptoms i have noted as per usual is the sweating (but usually only when combined with heavy physical activity) and increased heartbeat and a little bit of confusion / negative mental effects but usually thats lack of sleep.

Maybe take a look at Kratom. Its stimulating in low doses (for me at least) in a far more useful and safe way then amps in my opinion. I get far more productive things done and energy on Kratom then amps, amps just make me feel stupid and the quality of my activities suffer, but not so with Kratom. Not all strains supposed to be stimulating and not everybody responds that way, but I do and get good stimulation from the most supposedly sedatory strains.
