Yeah a lotta southern cities call heroin powder(not tar) boy, or dog food, crack is called hard, coke is soft, some people just call heroin dope, but in some places crack is dope, or crystal meth is dope, and heroin is smack(rarely,lol) dog food,boy,powder,or "some of that good" or that "shit that puts you on your ass after a bump(shot)..lotta people refer to a IV injection as a "bump" , tweeked is high on crystal meth, geeked is coked up,,lol..
 
not much into slang unless i am with my son and his crew. then i revert to it.
spendy is said here instead of expensive.
hard to understand the staying power of these slang words.
the real hill billies scattered in the back woods are so fucking thick that it is like another language they are speaking when they come to town and interact.

homeschooling is a fucking danger as i have seen it.
 
Po-Po or 5/0 or The Boys or Pigs= Cop

Illie = Mdma pill

Moon Rocks = Crystal Mdma

Licks= Ketamine Vial

Smack= Heroin

Hard = Crack

Soft= Cocaine

Strapped = Packing a gun or other weapon

Sticks = 10 hits of LSD

Tab = Hit of LSD

Bundle = 10 slips of Heroin

Brick = 50 slips of Heroin Usally wrapped up in a porno mag or deli meat paper

Thumb Print = Lick your thumb and put it into a bag of molly for a price of course

Breezy = Spot to smoke weed

Dirty Acid = Research Chemical pawned off as LSD

Dippy = Cig dipped in PCP

Dirty = Have illegal stuff on you

In detroit heroin is always "boy" or "blows". But alot of the white kids just call it "dope". "girl" or "bitch" is cocaine. "hard" is crack. MDMA pills are "rolls" or "stamps" which you buy by the "jar" (100), or "boat" (1000). The cops are either "The boys" or "haters".

MDMA = rolls, or if its powder its exclusively "molly".

Geeked is usually the same as "tweaked" but "geekin' out" means freaking out or having a bad experience, it could also mean laughing really really hard because you're so high, depending on the context.

LSD = L, 'cid, Lucy
Methadone = 'done
Buprenorphine = bupe/"boop"
Dextroamphetamine = dex, dexies
Adderall = addie, addies, bennies, study pills
Ketamine = "vitamin K"

3.5g of weed is a "slice"

lots of others that I can't think of off the top of my head...

6 pack of beer is a "sixer"
12 pack is a "twelve" and depending on who you're talking to, could also be a "box", as in "PBR Box" is a 12 pack of PBR cans. "Case" is always a 24 pack. 18 packs are pretty rare where I live.
 
This one I'm pretty sure is exclusive to the burgh...

Raise = Parents. Even lil kids say that shit around here like "Who's pickin you up? Ya raise?" I didn't think about it the other day cuz I'm so used to sayin it but I don't never say "parents" or call em my family or whatever it's like "yo I got to stop by my raise then I'll be thru" Everybody says that shit round here

and like OG said we say zips or zones when talkin about an ounce of weed

Only one that really stands out for me: in Rhode Island, we call water fountains "bubblers", and that one definitely gets me a lot of strange looks when I'm at school in Chicago. They either look at me like I have 17 heads or I occasionally get "I know bubblers, but they damn sure aren't for drinking water." >.>
 
We call 40 mg dones bisquits and the liquid syrup. I got bisquits with my syrup, means u got both. If you say you're on your way to grandmas, means your going to get bisquits(wafers )
