That same guy Raz & another poster talk a lot about the drug testing kits that you can buy on the internet, apparently the drug testing kit costs only €6 & it can tell you the purity of the heroin, i'd love to know what % the Dublin gear is? I'm thinking its near to what Griffin said, between 2 & 5%, although i wouldn't be all that surprised if it can back 0% heroin, it could be just a codine mix! I'm gonna have a look for one of those purity testing kits!

One thing that i thought strange about that thread was that they were saying that heroin should be about 80% pure? I always thought that even when things were good that heroin was never more then 15 to 25% pure? I don't know, maybe i got that one totally wrong?!

But Raz's post makes interesting reading & i agree with everything he said! There is one guy who keeps posting that he is getting fire! He claims that the drought didn't ever effect him at all!!! I have never used this abbreviation before coz i hate it, but i have to say 'lol' to his claim of the drought never effecting him! But he does go on to say later in the thread that he hasn't been using heroin that long so he probably never used the proper heroin that was around a few year ago! (That guy caused me to write 'lol' for the first time ever, i hope never to write it again coz it really bugs me ;) )

So its late now, those valum had me zonked all day, i kept falling asleep! so i'm wide awake now! But i'm gonna head up to bed now & finish off smoking my tray of 'Magic' & then get some sleep. Nitey-nite folks!!! <3

As lovely as it would be to be able to check the purity of any street drug I would imagine it would have to be sent off to a lab for a GC MS test. Perhaps they meant a test to test the presence of heroin rather than the level of purity. If I'm wrong though and you find something that can do it (especially that cheap) please let us know as it is something that could be very useful in harm reduction so a good piece of info to know. :)

Edit: - Sam beat me to it.... At least we are on the same lines though!

wasted about half an hour this morning looking up heroin test kits to come to the same conclusion as Sam has neatly outlined. Great.

And surely, if it was codeine people we shooting up they'd know about it?

Hehehehehe!!! :) Here-here! Yep 'Bollox' is a perfect name for it alright! Its only the people who make the stuff that think its magic coz they are getting i whole lot'a cash off eejits like me!

I knew it wasn't gear i was getting, but like a twat i'd give it a 2 week break & then go back hoping things would have improved! Buts its been 1 year & 4 months & the only thing thats improved is how good it looks & how well it runs on the foil! But it has always tasted wrong! & i doesn't get me stoned! Bollox is right!!!

I guess your man Raz is right, you probably could make this 'magic' stuff yourself! The man talks a lot of sense!
 
Well I got a few bags today from this new connect from another town. The bags were just under .2 but still priced as a .2 bag.
Light coloured with small rocks and it is deffo best gear I've had for long time. Can really feel it, stuff I was getting was good but you need less of this to really feel it.
I know they only got an oz of it so don't know how long it will last or if they can get more of the same.
I certainly hope that they can get more of it.

It would make morphine amps seem like a pleasant rush
 
Yeah, I thought that too. You'd have IV users being hospitalised all over the shop through injecting codeine.
 
One thing that I noticed with the bash or magic stuff whatever you want to call it, is that I could never really get a good lungfull of smoke regardless of how long a line I smoked.
With proper gear I get a real good lungfull of smoke and you can feel the gear sinking into your brain as you hold the smoke in.

Yes i know exactly what you mean, no matter how big a line you smoke & how long you hold it in for it just feels like your smoking air! Its weaker then silk cut ultra (the weakest cigarette on the market!) I don't know what is in the bash/magic that we are getting? All i know is that my drug tests still come back positive for opiates.

Maybe its 2% heroin mixed with codine & all sorts of other crap! I have come back dirt for benzos even when i haven't taken any. But there is some sort of opiate in the gear, coz it shows up in my urine test & even though it doesn't get me stoned it does hold me for a while without methadone.

I guess we'll never really know whats in the bash/magic, the weird thing about Dublin is that no matter were you score or who you score off you always get the very same bash! I've even scored outside Dublin & its been the very same bash! Its so consistent! Whoever makes it has perfected how it should look & burn! Its the taste & lack of a buzz that lets you know its bash!

What that guy Raz said makes the most amount of sense to me, coz thats exactly what i'd been thinking for the last year! Maybe he's not 100% right about what is in this 'magic' stuff, but there is no doubt that someone has found a way to mimic the way heroin looks & burns & they are making a lot of cash off it! In the past if the gear was weak it would be full of manatal, the beetle would be red & it wouldn't leave any traces at all on the foil. But the bash thats around now-a-days has a nice dark shiny beetle & it leaves lovely dark traces on the foil, it looks 100% like the real deal! Someone has come up with a way of making the perfect bash & Ireland is consistently flooded with the poxey stuff! & as long as people buy it they will continue to make it! I know people who get this crap off their dealers & they go back to the dealers saying "yeah man the gear you have is fire!" No wonder the bash is still available, it must be way cheaper to make compared to proper heroin! Fucken Head Wreck! :(
 
Magic is what they use to cut coke with - a product known as magic anyway dont know if its the same stuff - oh and btw i did say a year ago that i bought heroin test kits in 'dam that would tell you with in 5% the purity and was slated by sam - think what you like i bought a pack of 5 ,trouble is you needed to
put in at least 1/4 of a g.
Things in my neck of the woods are deffo slowing up, it was just about guaranteed to be able to get 8/9-10 every day now you may have to wait a few days unless you want crap - thats available 24/7

Where did you get those kits from? If they really are there and available Blondin, it would be great to tell us all where to get them from or a brand name or something so we can find them.... What a great tool they would be....

Interesting thread (although it's also pretty depressing) and I agree with a lot of what's said there. I had to skip a lot of the stuff written by Raz unfortunately, as while I have no problem with people's spelling not being up to scratch (I have mates who can't spell to save their lives, but they make themselves understood) I just can't handle people spelling things stupidly wrong for the sake of it.

Hahahaha , that's me Sam I can't spell for shit , I have got somuch better since using B/L but my punctuation needs working on too. ( it drives my Mrs nuts) I'd be fucked with out spellcheck .

Fucking idiots didn't find any gear though , there so fucking dumb,18 of them and a dog. He's v worried about his money, got to go court on the morning to try to get it back ( good luck on that one )

I'm just smoking the last of my gear , my tube from the Q I got on Friday been rocking about like a retard all night.

Oh yeah , iv got a test kit for gear ( foil & a lighter ) the % reading's a bit shit, but it tells you if its good or not !

I'm back online again, but not sure for how long this time..

Gear in plymouth is really nice if it comes from London, but a lot of the scoucers stuff can be like drought gear.. my thoughts are it went a bit pear shaped when Europe froze last week, as gear went from top noch, to absolute shite, but its back to ok again now..just depends on where you go..its a fookin lottery, plus subs are affecting it, but if i know i'm goin to have a bit, i dont do my sub..

Hope you're all good & feeling much brighter now things are a lot better now..

I got the kits from a head shop in 'Dam kind of like a glow stick setup with the gear in the middle then you snap it to get the chemicals on it - cant remember anything about the name as it was 3-4 years ago now (I think)

I'm aware of a similar thing with a Dog n it not working so to speak.
Makes you wonder if they sometimes just get anyold pooch n give it the " You may as well jus give it up cos we got a dog "
Yeah a dog wether or not it's trained to do fuk all is another matter.
Obviously they do have real ones but this is 2nd time recntly i've heard of ineffective Police dogs .

Yeah mate my fella has 2 dogs , so dibble thinking there so clever concentrated on the kitchen/ diner where the dog live . Silly fucking idiots.
And they kept threatening to take him to stansted airport police station , and put him In the monitoring sells. Cunts couldn't do it , they didn't have the warrant.
After they searched the house for about 2 hours , got his meds , and one got a bite off his dog , he told them to fuck off out hid gaff , and get a proper warrant.
Didn't even get a bit of dirty jimmy , last time they charged him with possession for a bit.

Piss up and brewery spring to mind. Not saying anything else other than he had 2 Oz.

that will be like waiting on a train that is never coming im losing confidence in the heroin trade yes good gear is about but for joe regular like myself i just want some weight not have to work a day just 4 a gram . aparently the price on a oz of good gear has tripled nearly so weight is out the question unless i want some of that magic which is a no no .
it is good to have the choice but not this week this week is bad is this what it is like to live in dublin it seems the uk is a country of many droughts nothing changes there
 
got a .4 yesterday n was mighty disapointed.

Thats all i wann a say really .

Things are so up n down these days last week i had some really nice gear.
I've not got the cash to be gambling .
