Most of my suicidal thoughts were during times of abstinence-I think many get these thoughts in such a situation.
But with everything that has happened,at last,I feel ready,even when I have gear.
My kids are both at college/uni and I see them very rarely.
I don't think I have anything to lose.the one thing that has held me back is the idea that if i do it in jail my family should get a decent settlement.

I can't help you in regards to heroin, but all I will say, is that there is always something to live for. As simple as it may sound, there will always be a reason you will want to breathe!!! I would suggest a small, goal, to see your kids finish uni and college. Build on that, work with it, and then you will find new goals.

Well the thing is us users, whether current users or x-users or recovering users, all know of the social exclusion that is automatically associated with using. Once you develop a new character,as in character A was clean,healthy,lots of friends,etc.. Character B is a user, and many will try not to associate. There on the friends/associates you make through using will not be true friends IMO. Anyways on to my main point, KKtastic your main reason to go on would be not to take the cowards way out, and turn your life around, which in turn your reward will be your childrens appreciation,etc.. Is it the times when we are down and out that determine what kind of person we are, if you've lived this life for as long as you have, then what can be worse? Once you get past this hurdle that is. Hope i made sense!

First i'm gunna say sorry for the 'fucking cunt', was tired and pissed off and just snapped. But yeh, i've said near start of drought could get allright stuff that you could catch a nod of like you say without a tolerance.

Was just saying now that it's looking like gear will never get back to what it was. I've not come across and 100% bash in months now, it's all just average stuff that holds you for the day and gives you a gouch if you have abit extra.

Forget to mention, went out and bought some methadone tonight cause been craving gear so thought i'd rather get meth to take away the cravings for day or two instead of using.

End up getting some tablet form of methadone. Says on them Physeptone Tablets 5mg and underneath that Methadone. Are these legit ? And how do you take them, just swallow or are they sublingual ?

I haven't seen those around it quite a while, however they're likely legitimate.
 
you swallow methadone tabs with water cos they are nasty . Martingdale are the only people that make em in the U.K so unless they are that make which they probably are then its cool , they come on quicker than juice.
 
Yeah says there made by Martindale, so all should be good then :). Guy I got them off said to have a cup of tea after taking them? Or does it not matter, they just work quick enough anyway ?


Edit - And you keep saying about me sending you e-mails? I haven't sent you anyway, so i'm asking what you are on about..

No idea, I never sent that. I don't even use that e-mail, it's only for chatting on MSN. Looks like it's a spambot sending all the e-mails, dunno.

Last year I got an email from an acquaintance inviting me to 'view her photos'. Bit odd but I clicked the link out of curiosity. All I found I was an invitation to buy her a 'present' - a plastic flower at £7 was suggested. Forgot it. But somehow clicking that link enabled the operators to get into my 'recent contact' list and before long they were getting emails ostensibly from me to 'view my photos'; if they got as far as the 'buy your friend a plastic flower' bit their recent contacts in turn got the same shit. Horrible bastards. I know where I'd ram their fucking plastic flowers.

Kat - ffs! Sounds like you're worrying yourself into illness. Thankfully you're not planning to do anything until you actually get to gaol. Plan to die, if at all, in a midsummer cornfield full of the joys of life. Check out cos you're down and it may well be worse any other side. Old cliche, but there's always something just round the corner; it's all up to to you but it might be smarter to do whatever you've learned in hard times to get through until it arrives.. please force yourself at least to take care till you can lively up some.
