I have tried to contact chemical generation regarding the new E2 test...but to no avail. I have tried the link in their post, i have tried to email them, but got a failed mail reply-user unknown....have they bunked out or what?
if anyone else has any info on E2, i would be as keen as mustard to read about it...
thanks guys and grrls.

They wont respond to any of my e-mails and theyre website doesnt provide much information other than the e-mail address which they dont respond to. I dont know how they plan to sell anything if they havent set up an order form or anything like that. Come on Chem Gen, respond!

Their e-mail address is : [email protected]
The E2 kit is not currently for sale to individuals...it is still being tested...
Just because they don't respond within (your) imposed time limit of a few days (or whatever) doesn't mean they aren't listening...some people have full time jobs and lives to attend to, remember!....be patient and they'll get to you soon, I'm sure..

Drugs are the answer, now what was the question?....

point taken flip.... but you also gotta admit that maybe all this publicising of a product that isnt available might not be a good idea...
it's such a cock tease...

to candyflip,
errr....i have actually emailed numerous times, and every time the mail has come back to me as "user unknown"....
Good post johnboy...i'm gonna stick to eztest. even tho i'm from australia, and i'm supposed to support local business, therefore keeping my money in australia...blah blah blah, eztest has been around and is reputable. If a product isn't on the market, then they shouldn't be teasing people...it just gets me all ancy...

oh and btw, i also have a job and a life, but i still have the decency to reply to emails...this is their business, right???

That's plainly ridiculous....a company doesn't place a product on the market without testing it first and without seeing the market reaction to it....sorry if that's a 'tease', but that's the way it's done in this field...the first batch of E2 was released to a group of Melbourne Bluelighter's at the first BBQ and their feedback is being used to improve the end product. When it's done, the rest of the world get their chance. I hardly think that is unreasonable?
The e-mail address is as listed above...if it's coming back to you in error, it's not much wonder they aren't replying to your mail (never having got it!!!)....try from a different computer or mail provider....that address above is correct (I'm not getting the message you are and neither is anyone else, I suspect)...
Regarding EZ Test in this country: if you wanna keep paying AUS$50 for the same product Chem Gen retail for just $19.95, good luck to you....

Storm in a tea cup indeed!
RELAX! We had been moving offices, during which time we hadn't been able to return e-mail. In any case, NO e-mails from any of the above persons (unless I have reply e-mailed you already tonight). Candyflip is entirely correct there. We have made a conscious decision to deal with our customers first and foremost, and not spend endless hours on this site trying to argue/discuss with persons who don't know what they're talking about. Particularly when this site is so focussed on EZ Test, and we were being asked to support their product and customers questions.
There has been great interest in our products from all over the world, and we are spending the predominant amount of our time productively communicating with our customers, not arguing or discussing on a web site.
We had indeed launched E2: 2nd Defence in Melbourne for those Bluelighters at the BBQ, and had also made available a 1mL trial size (see The-Peak for info). This was to gain some much needed feedback. It's all well and good testing your product on pure samples in the lab, but how does it work in the field, with real samples and impurities and hanlding etc??????
We had not released the commercial sized product yet, although that is imminent. Ask EZ Test where their much promised 'new tester' is, and then complain about the no-show there. We had also made a decision to avoid single sales through the web/e-mail, and prefer to deal with international distributors. It's a time/cost business decision.
We will spend some time on Bluelight, but not all the time, not every day, and we will target our customers and try to chose not to enter into debates on knowledge/technical capacity. Why should we provide all our technical knowlegde to our competitors for free, and have to defend ourselves and actions to people who mostly aren't our customers? We will still support our customers, and help Bluelighters wherever possible, just consider this from our viewpoint if you could please.
Hope this sorts it all out for you all. Please do contact us at our e-mail address, and we would be happy to send you a free 1mL trail sample of E2 for your troubles. Getting some great feedback!
Regards,
B.
