as people ask about pre/postloading frequently, i figured it would't be a bad idea to start a small reference thread. please avoid changing the direction of this thread before we have a page or two with receipes. it's quite pointless if i write down what i take and people start talking about something else in the next post 
as there are different approaches to pre/postloading i assume this thread will show newbies that it's most likely pointless to stress it too much (with (sometimes unnecessary) milligram amounts & precise timings/order that won't make that much of a difference, plus, as we all know, everyone reacts differently)
-PRE-
every morning, i take
- 1 vitamin pill (like centrum, but with a higher concentration & also cheaper)
- 2 fish oil softgels, ~1g total
- 2400mg piracetam (a nootropic med, see www.erowid.org under smart drugs)
- (& 3 grams of l-glutamine, but that's for bodybuilding purposes)
i have to add that i don't really roll anymore and take all of the above for general health purposes. if it was intended for preloading only, i wouldn't change much about it.
-POST-
5-6 hours after taking the first pill i eat
- one paxil (paroxetine hcl, an SSRI that is supposed to prevent neurotoxicity, see www.dancesafe.org) tablet, i think it's 10mg but i'm not sure. too stoned to pay a visit to the fridge and check. prozac is fine as well. i'm not 100% sure that i'm preventing damage by doing that, but as paxil is non-toxic nor addictive or anything else undesireable, why not? i keep the tab on me in case i don't get home where my tabs are.
once arrived at home, i take
- one magnesium tab which i usually take anyway in an attempt to reduce twitching legs. (magnesium is often used to prevent cramps, sore muscles, etc.)
- food - a power bar is lots of energy packed into something that doesn't take too long to eat. i know how it's almost impossible to eat in most cases, but a power bar (carbohydrates, protein, etc. intake) can be chewed down quickly, preferably with
- a few glasses of water. (hydration)
something not directly related to postloading would be
- a shower (gotta get rid of all that sweat and what not, plus it feels good) and
- a benzo of choice or ambien if it works, but getting rest is important as well. (obviously for getting sleep)
