I find myself with the need to become more proactive when it comes to treating/minimising/preventing neurotoxicity from meth use.
yeah I know the best treatment is don't use but there is a little thing called addiction that gets in the way
i apologise as I know there are similar threads on this topic however I'm using the mobile app and the search function is crap - oh yeah, and I'm feeling lazy too
from research I've noted that magnesium and melatonin are a must I am taking both but at what doses should I be having during and after a meth run?
My daily routine also consists of a good multivitamin, anti oxidant tablets, electrolytes, freshly squeezed anti oxidant juice and 300 mg of quetiapine at night so I get some sleep. oh yeah and I force myself to eat and drink a shit load of water
I recently had an 11 day meth run with the above routine and I was blown away as to the very minimal comedown. there was no horrific deathly comedown. getting sleep. with food, water and supplements made the difference I'm positive.
anyway, I find myself on the second day of a new meth run and I want to go even better with looking after myself (sounds crazy I know, I take meth AND then want to look after myself?!?!?)
could someone please confirm what doses I should be using for all the above supplements?
Also kindly suggest what is missing from my routine
