Good safety watch. Could be best to do closer to once a year now.m due to serotonin studies shown at the beginning of this video. More than likely, when I abused ecstacy in 2000-2001, thirty nights of taking an ecstacy pill (some nights more, but mostly one pill, triple stacks, double stacks) my serotonin would have tested 50-80 % lower, like in this video.
