I don't really think that the taste is changing; the consumers are just starting to realise thaty the drugs being sold as ecstast aren't MDxx at all, but rather cheaper, nastier substitutes. Speed has become far more popular since the downfall of ecstasy, and I'm sure MDMA will gain what little popularity it lost once the product become pure again (which It looks like is happening in the US and to a lesser extent Aus).

The last figures I saw were from a 2008? survey into ecstasy use and it showed hugely increasing rates of ecstasy use across the globe, especially in Australia. It would be very interesting to see some figures after the great Piperazine swindle

Yup i remember the last party i went to in Europe, all there was, was speed and piperazine pills (X5). Everyone was on speed and it was so easy to get.

Now days we are like oh shit are they even mdma? It was sumfn like that. Were those the triangle shaped pills with the X logo on them and the mitsu logo on them too which originated from Germany?

Ahh, the pill that rescued clubland, as mixmag termed it. 1996-97, following the flood of MDEA pills and other things that didn't go down well with clubbers, suddenly parts of Europe - particularly The Netherlands - were flooded with MDP2P aka PMK. Labs sprung up like nothing ever seen before, and the mitzi were among the first churned out in quantity. Suppliers of the PMK claimed they had enough to last decades....perhaps world demand exceeded their expectations

I was referring to the triangle shaped mitsu logo and triangle shaped X logo one but yeah i remember the first mitsus that originated from Holland. Hungary (Where i lived) always got pills imported from the Netherlands. The white ones tested up to be 180mg along with the Red and Green Dollar sign logo. Man i loved those days. They were so awesome u never ever needed more than 2 for a 10 hour party.

hmmmm i don't see any difference between the complaints of yesteryear and those of today i.e. the dealers are dealing something else but that of MDMA...

from my friends up and down the west coast of the USA, it seems that MDxx pills and molly are becoming more common. Sure there are still loads of fakes and pipes out there, but if you have a quality source, there are legit pills. I have had a very legit molly source for the last year, and it has been amazing, i hate to read about all the other people struggling to find solid e.

The pipe craze hit the westcoast of USA in about...2006, hit the peak last year, late 2008 early 2009, and now it seems to be on the downswing.

it seems as tho Europe is now hitting the pipe thing full on as well.

Am i the only one that feels this way? Anyone else feel as tho MDXX is on the rise again? or at least is out there if u know what to look for?

chronic, I just hope that you are right and that the consumer kick back agains pipes is starting to pay off.

Thankfully it looks like MDMA is coming back across the globe. Faster in some areas than other.

At least some of the big time MDMA manfacturers in Holland are back in business and SLOWLY bringing back MDMA across Western Europe. USA MDMA scene has gone leaps and bounds this year. All I keep hearing is that MDMA can easily be sourced around the majority of the States.

Australia has almost completely come out of its Piperazine trend too, and I've never been more glad of such a thing!

I don't get it people go on and on about this so called MDMA crisis but i haven't seen such a thing at all.

Bought a brown euro last week in a nightclub and it was MDxx for god sakes. All the pills i have done apart from 1 have been MDxx (Yes i do test them and yes I do post on pillreports and they are usually one of the good ones going around at the time.)

It really isn't that hard to find good pills just know the people you buy off always test and buy ahead so if any dry areas come up then you are a little stocked up, but hey that would need self control

Now I proabbly popped like ten times.

if you've only ever popped 10 times, how can you even say you know what MDMA is? you wouldnt be able to distinguish a good pill from a bar of soap. Not to mention the time frame.

Test results really mean very little anymore with enough known methods to fool a reagent into a false positive for mdxx..

to

5/10 pills being bunk or doseage so low they might aswell be bunk and the other 5/10 being something other than mdma, i'd say its a crisis here in australia.

Finally someone who knows what is/was good. I feel really sorry for the people who rate MDxx high which in theory years ago would have been MDxx low. I never ever had more than 2 pills. I doubled dropped 2 at 11pm and was rolling so hard till 5-6am, my pupils were so big u couldnt see my eye color at all, eyes wide open at 9am which lasted till early evening.

I havnt seen a decent pill since 2003-2004. Ever since the prices basicly halfed in EU in 2004-2005 the quality dropped to 50% also. Thesedays id munch thru 6-7 pills easy and still not feel the same way as i did back then from 2. Not dick sizing or anything but ive lost faith in mdma pills. These pills im seeing on pillreports i really wonder how many mg of mdma they contain. What do people rate as MDxx high? 60-70mg? If u dont roll off of half a pill then its not high, simple as that. I remember halving pills with my mates on a Tuesday or Wednesday night because we couldnt wait for the weekend and was rolling nicely. Not hardcore but def having the time of my life.
