I don't get it people go on and on about this so called MDMA crisis but i haven't seen such a thing at all.
Bought a brown euro last week in a nightclub and it was MDxx for god sakes. All the pills i have done apart from 1 have been MDxx (Yes i do test them and yes I do post on pillreports and they are usually one of the good ones going around at the time.)
It really isn't that hard to find good pills just know the people you buy off always test and buy ahead so if any dry areas come up then you are a little stocked up, but hey that would need self control

White Hearts August 08
Beige Euro October 08
White Moons December 08
Beige Kangeroo (DODGEY! Bought off rave dealer)

Now I proabbly popped like ten times.
this was posted over a month ago so I'm not sure if the author would view it. Ok mate, those were the better quality of pills going around. but going by standards of a few years ago (ie. 04-06) these pills are nothing particularly to write home about. The euros in particular are very dirty, and i would hesitate to say there is any MDMA in them. By the duration and hallucinations, I'd say there is some sort of psychedelic mixed in there. Alot of people say they are MDA or MDEA but I've had MDA based pills (ie. red russians of 05 - i tested em and they were MDA) and these are nothing like it. The white hearts, both batches were pretty munty too, and not in a 'I'm so loved up way', more like smacked out and with little empathy.
Still I'd take any of the above over the pips making the rounds atm.
Most pills I've had in the last 4 months, wouldn't even rate medium MDxx in the old scale. Pills that were said to be good ie. the mickey's and diamonds, were quite low in MDxx in my opinion.

Things in Europe over the last 2months have been much much better. In Belgium recently I was lucky to try Pink Butterflies (report on PR), half a Yellow Smiley face, and mates got some Blanco's (exact same as the ones on PR)
Here in the U.K, there is still several different kinds of MDMA pills around. The most diffrent kinds in the last 3years! And there is more and more word of MDMA crystal. More and more people need to be testing and REFUSE the shit pips or bad speed. If you obstain from taking the crap, then good stuff will soon come

No, i said it lasted from 11pm-5am. U do the maths then. And yea i never needed more than 2 pills in a nite. I had the most amazing time of my life. Ive had those S (Sonics what the pommies call) in EU when i was living there in late 2007 before i moved here. They were almost as good as the old rolls.
Sorry i just thought when you said you're eyes were still wide at 9am you were still feeling effects. But staying awake till the next evening i wouldn't say is because of the strong pills. I love how i can sleep if the pills feel like they have no speed in them.

MDMA is still around thats for sure, though it comes down to who you know. Though its not showing up in pills very often due to other cheap alternatives.
Though there is defntley a MDMA drought, I remember in 03 every weekend there would be a great MDMA pill on the market. Now where lucky to see 1 MDMA pill a month, though the new generation of "pill poppers" seem to think MDMA is in every pill going by pillreports lately

Has anybody thought about other drugs, such as MDBD, MDPV and other MDxx chemicals which are similar but different?
Like the 2C-x stuff all being fairly similar, but some being easier to get a hold of than others.

The thing is, MDMA is a drug on its own, nothing gets you into that heavenly intoxicated eye wobbling mouth chewing happy to power spew state than MDMA.
I couldn't compare anything to MDMA really. 2c's and the other RC's may be fun to play with, but they are certainly more dangerous and the extreme end of intoxication with them usually isnt any good imo.

All good mate hehe My eyes (pupils) were massive at 9am in the morning, even when i woke up it was huge altho not as big while i was on it. 2 pills floored me insanely.

Interesting little story....I had to go to the optomitrist about 18 hours after dropping a pill. Anyway, when she was looking at my eyes she said 'wow your pupils are huge, did you get on it last night?'. thought it was funny because to me my pupils seemed normal, but to the trained eye they obviously stay dilated for quite some time.

My pupils are pin sized at all times. If its slightly dilated then its very suss as i have greenish blueish eyes. Mine has been so big that was ages ago tho that it scared the shit out of me and was too scared to go home. Anyone would of known i did sumfn.

My pupils are always really big. When i roll you can barely see the colour.
Also, if the pills that blah_blah1991 was talking about were purchased at raves in the Sydney area, i can personally vouch for the white moons and the white heart shaped ones as being really great medium-high quality MDMA.
I'm the same, barely ever get a bad one. I guess it's all who you know.. I think Melbourne may have been hit harder than Sydney, the Victorians always seem to complain about pipes way more..

^ White hearts did contain MDMA but it would be a stretch to call them clean pills, can't comment on the white moons but personally I do prefer clean pills over geary ones.
I think this thread has ran its course to be honest, when individual pills from last year and how big peoples pupils get are being discussed instead of what the thread was created for its probably time to close it.
My final input on the reason behind GMC is that its merely because criminals can make higher profit margins by pressing shite and 99% of people taking pills these days will gobble them up with no complaints. Can talk about availability of precursors and shit but honestly where there is a will there is a way and the high ups COULD easily pull off MDMA if they wanted to, theres just no incentive for them to bother when most idiots are munching down pipes and loving it.

I know someone who over the last 10 years has been privy to the quantitative results of 100's (I really couldn't say how many; it might even be approaching 1000) of different "ecstasy" pills.
This amount is sufficient to detect trends, although of course there have been many many other types in this time period, across this country.
The % of pills containing MDMA only has increased over the years. In the early 2000's there were far more speed/K/bunk pills around. Currrently those pills are rare. However, of those pills that are MDMA only the dosage per pill these days is considerably less than in the early to mid 2000's. Also there has been far more BZP/TFMPP combo pills over the last couple of years and they have overtaken speed and K bombs as the most common non MDXX pill. This fact will not surprise any of you but it shows what is being found in the laboratories reflects what users are experiencing on the street.
MDA and MDEA are very rare, the latter especially. MDEA only pills have come up only a handful of times out of all those results. Certainly those on pillreports who think they routinely consume MDEA pills are simply wrong and most users could not distinguish the drug anyway because the vast majority of people have never consumed it.
Pills routinely tested above 100mg of MDMA in the early to mid 2000's, with many 120 to 140. In the last few years there are only a few (perhaps 1 in 20) which are above 100mg and only slightly above at that. The days of 130 - 150mg MDMA pills is simply a thing of the past.
For those of us who have been doing this for a while, the days of the old X scores (where every pill from this factory was 120-130mg) and many others (HQ's, ?'s, green mitsis of mid 2000's - one batch of which there seemed to be enormous quantities for a long time was 143mg from memory - seems to be long gone. Those were the days when everyone I knew would only take a half when out, for fear of being a puddle in a corner of a club. These days many double drop and it is not simply due to tolerance.
The quality of the actual tablets, that is how well pressed they are, the density and the logo has definitely diminished. No, a well pressed pill does not necessarily mean they are good, but most of the decent pills we were getting in those days looked awesome. Nothing like the crumbly, light, barely noticeable logo tabets we see today.
By way of example, over a 3 month period earlier this year, the results for 38 different pills were as follows:
2 contained MDA and caffeine (one was the brown euro)
2 contained BZP/TFMPP
34 contained MDMA ONLY
The highest amount of MDMA was 105mg (white hearts)
The lowest amount was 24mg (pink star)
The average amount was 65mg.
And therein lies the answer in my view. There is heaps of MDMA out there, it probably was not of the highest quality before it was presseed into the tablet and the dosage the crooks are putting into them is simply a joke.
That is all I have been told I can say. This is not top secret stuff but the information is not in the public domain (even though it should be). It is a matter for you if you accept it but it is accurate. Guaranteed.
