Really wierd shit going on (synchronicity)

What does this matter? Emotion still exists, whether or not you'd use it for reasoning - if such a situation were to arise, I'm sure anyone could fall back onto their emotional reasoning.
For example, if I had to make a choice between leaving someone on life-support and unplugging them, that would be such a situation. Explaining away coincidences in situation or timing, however, I don't feel the need for.

OMG War pig I noticed the exact same thing in my life too lately!!!!! It's so weird and kind of eerie. I mean, Everything I ever wanted in life is now within reach all of the sudden!?!? Thats just totally odd! I'm not complaining but it's just so strange and It seems like someone or something is like rewarding me and knows what I need and want. I mean I've always had really good luck but this seems ridiculous! ridiculously pleasant!

^ exactly, I totally know what you mean! This relle HOT guy that is a trainer at my gym, is like tryina get with me right now and he is SRSLY HOTTNESS +++++! and I know what you mean about the 'lil things' too being weird. It comes in the form of a series of events that take place, the events seem perfectly designed for you specifically, and the events seem to forefeel all of your deepest desires, really efficiently and almost disturbingly.
It seems to be getting stronger for me too but I can almost see it possibly makin me go insane or somethin though
so..I'm not relle sure if it's a good thing ALL of the time. you know.

Except that if you've been supressing emotion all your life you might not be in touch with your feelings.
You don't feel the need to explain it because one with significant meaning, i.e. one about something personal to you, hasn't happened to you. If you got somthing like a dream of a friend or loved one dying, and then your friend or loved one died, then it might mean enough to you to want an explaination.

ok im not done reading this thread yet but i wanna post before i forget... im in the middle of trying to kick an opiate habit, and spent most of the day in bed, smoking weed, with the music playing, staring at my wall... the wall i was staring atl has about 12 small posters of my favorite guitarists (i play guitar).....
i was staring straight at a poster or jimmy page playing a live show, when i live version of one of their songs came on... i didn;t think much of it, but i found it odd that about 10 minutes later, i happend to be focused on a poster of zakk wylde when some "black label society" came on.... later on the same thing happened while looking at a metallica poster....
of course it could just be the fact i was laying in bed for 12+ hours so it was bound to happen a couple of times.... i listen to the radio for at least 4 hours a day, and ive noticed an unusual amount of synchronicity between dialogue goin on inside my head, with the dialogue of the DJ.... sometimes ill switch the channel, and the first word that is spoken by the DJ on the selected channel, is the same word that just happened to occur in my inner dialogue, at the exact same time i thought the word... i hope that makes sense...
now i cant say if any of these things have any relevance to each other, or whether its pure coincidence.... either way, alot of things happen in this world that seem to be "one hell of a coincidence" if coincidence is even the right word to use... it leads me to think that there is alot more to life than meets the eye, we have yet to make key discoveries which may answer some questions... im ramblin now time to smoke another bowl... peace

That's your experience. You can't analyze other persons experience based on your own if theirs is different. You explain your experiences in a way thats comformatable for you. Others explain thier experiences in a way that comfortable to them. Some things for some poeple are too much to call a 'coincidence'. Have you dreamed someone important to you would die a certain way and have them die that same way as in the dream? I suspect not. So like I said, you haven't experienced it in a way that is significant enough.

I think when we look for answers, the universe just gives us questions.
I like these questions.
They make reality evolve.
How else would we have the wars, to have the technologies, to have the world we have today?

We are brought up with ideas of definative cause and effect. Jung said that synchronicity is an "Acausal Connecting Principle"- meaning.. there is no cause and effect... each thing labeled 'cause and effect' is in every sense of the word, interchangeable.
The effect can be the cause.. the cause can be the effect.
To understand this, you have to think of reality as leveled- and layered; of which the dynamics can never be fully predicted by any conscious entity... because it-in itself is an effect of something, and a cause of something (itself)simulantaneously.
I'm sorry if none of this makes sense... But when you see 'reality' not as something that is definite in shape and form/order, but as just one simulantaneous movement... it makes a lot of sense.

I don't know why I'm susceptable to synchronicity. It is something I have considered both a blessing and a curse in my life.
umm.. but usually, in hindsight, my rational filters have usually 'repaired' my ego, and I see reality pretty much how you do...
it just takes thinking about it.. or one small thing.. to get me back there.
Therefore, I can't really say anything more about it.. it's not something that can be taught, it's not something that can be proven- at least not in the current age.

yup...synchronicity . I totally believe in it, and I see it and live it everyday, in everyway.
