Rarest/Most Exotic Opioid You Have Tried?

What are the most headiest far out opioids that you guys have ever sampled?

I know what is rare in some places may be more common in others, but I think some are obviously harder to find than others. Until recently, Oxymorphone would rank as one of these, so times can change....

For me it was Tapentadol (very new and strange) and dextromoramide (very pleasant and potent).

So bluelight, what esoteric goodies have you encountered?
 
Fentynal patches and lolis, and opana is quite common now. That's all alot of people do around here since the demise of legendary purdue pharma OC 80 they quit making the 160 before I started using. What about oxydose (liquid oxycodon) or methadose (liquid methadone) or the meth 40mg wafers ? I'm sure there are a lot of lucky,knowledgeable opiate users of many many years.
 
i know oxymorphone is pretty common now, hence my name lol

I just meant that until 2006 it was pretty hard to find, especially in the states, so for some people and places what's commonplace here can be real hard to find there
 
Talwin? Is that more or less rare than like dilaudid and fentanyl, ooh ooh liquid dilaudid 1 full liter 1mg/mg. 1000 mg of dilly for 250 crackers and cheese.


Still never got any oxymorphone.
 
Has anyone here tried nicomorphine? Pretty much unheard of in the US but supposedly somewhat common in central/east Europe?

I'm getting interested in opioid peptides but I doubt those ever show up outside of labs...
 
Yeah...A 7 gram ball of very pure opium, Was taught the correct way to heat & vaporize - It was very dreamy/exotic & tasted wonderful. Out of the 6-7 friends I turned on(to) only a couple really understood it
All the others wanted to mix it w/ bud, or thought just putting a piece in a bong would make it better, they didnt get any more invites (until my 2 bro's & some laid back female friends finished it)
The reason opium laced Tai Stick was so alluring is because the skinny buds that are tied to the piece of stalk/stem were 100% Sativa. Opium laced Indica would be contradictory.
 
I would have to say Opium and Fentora is the buccal form of fentanyl a single 800mcg dose was beyond lovely. Opium makes everything rosy it really gives new meaning to rose colored glasses ;)

I pretty much have tried every opiate on the market Oxymorphone is great as well as the hydromorphone as I am not a fan of Morphine HCL for some reason. I know weird.
 
Tapentadol as well. Against better judgement I IV'd it once, and it was a uniquely energetic and intensely euphoric high.

This stuff can also be very disorienting at higher doses, I've heard reports of people having minor hallucinations.
 
A shot of Levorphanol..........my doctor gave it to me for out patient surgery & let me tell you, it was the best high ever. After coming down from being high for about 8 hours (lasted a long time) as I was sitting in the room after surgery, i stood up & walked up to a cabinet & there was 2 bottles of liquid Levorphanol........thought about it but I dont like needles so they stayed in there..........
 
I've taken a few exotic opiates- all were prepared using various homebake-style methods and wouldn't have been more than ~80%, but most of them were exceedingly strong so there was no complaints:

* Dihydromorphine- This is a fairly hard to come by opiate, I don't think it's prescribed much outside of parts of Europe and Asia (hear it's widely used in Japan?). I prefer morphine to heroin, and dihydromorphine is a slightly 'souped-up' version of morphine. Has a quite speedy rush too it (as dihydrocodeine does)- kinda like oxy with superior sedation I suppose? More usable than morphine also- better bioavailibility all round (even oral is somewhere in the region of 50-60%, as opposed to morphines ~30%). This is really the only opiate that I've ever tasted that has come close to challanging morphines supremacy.

* Dihydroacetylmorphine- This is a heroin analog, the dihydro-derivative of diacetylmorphine. It was about the same potency as heroin, but it was longer lasting. Once again, I prefered it to heroin- the rush was not quite so impressive as with plain heroin, but it lasted longer and the post-rush high was better (less of a 'drop off', if you know what I mean?) with more legs.

* Diacetylhydromorphone- Another heroin analog, the acetyl-derivative of hydromorphone. I would put my money on this having the strongest, most orgasmic rush of any opiate. I haven't tried fentanyl, but I would be sceptical if it would compare to this monster (even if it's a fuckload more potent). Approx 2-2.5x stronger than hydromorphone, 3-6mg had seasoned junkies spewing through million-dollar grins. Has more legs than hydromorphone (it's not all rush), but like hydromorphone you take it for the rush, not the high.
 
I almost had an acquaintance from Denmark mail me ketobemidone suppositories 4 or 5 years ago, but he got frustrated with a few people on the forum (not BL)/those he was also going to send a little gift to. He didn't have an issue with me but he ended up not being heard from again, so I missed out on trying the one drug I want to consume more than any other drug on the planet. I'm getting to the point where I'm leaving the drug sence, and its more than likely I'll never see ketobemidone ever in my life, which is tragic. I'd never smoked weed again to even try it once. Fuck I'd give up a lot to even try it once. Its the holy grail on the list of drugs I'd like to try.

I've tried methadone, kratom, buprenorphine (in the form of suboxone), heroin, codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, fentanyl, morphine, tramadol, and dextropropoxyphene. I'm really not sure I'll be able to add any other opioid to my list other than maybe tapentadol, which has come my way, but I turned down for oxycodone I believe. This makes me sad. Ketobemidone is my dream, but I'd also be happy to try levorphenal, dextromoramide, dipipanone

I don't know if I've tried any drug that you could consider rare now.

I know alot of folks haven't tried oxymorphone (but fuck its scripted in the US and is seen on the streets all the time if you know the right person, and can be ordered online). I've tried 4-meo-pcp years ago, but it was likely to have a shit ton of impurities in it, as well as countless people also have tried it. umm... Any RC I've tried so has millions of others. So really, I've never tried a rare drug. If only I got to try the ketobemidone.

Thank you for mentioning Talwin!! My friends were telling be about one day they got fucked up on mdma and these 'talon' pills that were pharms, now i finally know wtf they were on. Does anyone know the effects of combining these 2? i know it cant be good.

Only opiates i tried were tramadol and morphine. had 60mg morph xr tabs and 1mg/ml liquid morph.I took 60mg tab and drank 50ml liquid and got nothing but dope sick, not that that was a bad thing i didnt touch it anymore.
