MSB: Don't think it matters whether or not whoever recommends a film has seen it before or not so long as enough other folk haven't and are up for giving it a go really. Can see why a blank slate on all sides may seem like a better bet for generating debate rather than one person trying to convince everyone else of their long-cherished opinion maybe but still don't see it would be much of a problem.

Anyone can recommend anything, everyone else will hopefully be up for giving anything a chance, and let the votes decide I say.

Or just take turns to recommend summat and skip the voting maybe.

I still stand by it. I enjoyed it :sus: You can't deny you started out at -1million cus you hate that Williams guy and came out at 5, so really it gets a million and five out of ten.
 
Hmmm... the voting thing could get outta hand but sure there'd be a workable solution. As long as nobody ends up feeling left out for whatever reason I don't really care how we choose films tbh.

Am a massive film fan but have gotten lazy of late and do like the idea of having summat fed to me on a regular basis. The EADD Virtual Cinema Experience.
 
We can just see how it goes, if you guys want voting if no decision is reached we can stick up a quick poll, see how it goes but yeah probably no need if people just take it in turns. Very right about EADDers and planning Shams, probably best to just get going and see :D

Cornish: I'd agree the film thread is great as it is. Can also see how a communal film night (or weekend or whatever) could make for some interesting discussion though - flesh out the usual IMDB/poster/"worth watching" stuff a bit. Or just fizzle out cos nobody can be arsed. On or t'other. Nice idea in principle though so surely worth a go - will either happen or not depending on arsedness of EADD film buffers really.

PS: Goon has finally finished purchasing so may just settle down for a lil noddiness and surefire quality entertainment. Or may get bored within minutes cos it's a sodding sports film. Only one way to find out...

Nah I've just hit her with the pure waffle chat for now. Said I'm not like that I can't even have sex with anyone I don't like and I'll see her one night for cuddles, sexytime and a DVD at hers hehehe! She's actually fit as fuck but I like another one who is even nicer and more girlfriend material, better crack without being a radge etc, there is a fine line with that.

I will tell her on friday I just want to play it slow. That gives me 3 weeks of practice before the princess gets home ;)

Evening Ponch, I'm here for similar reasons, traceable back to Saturday night / Sunday morning (or 1973 if you want to be really detailed). Going to hit the sack soon though as I CAN'T GO ON LIKE THIS! ;)
 
Ah but will it be one of those ones when it just feels beautiful to get in to bed, or when your mind is racing and its actually quite infuriating?

It'll just feel "OK" I think (hope!). Didn't get out of bed till about 3pm but all I've had tonight is a few glasses of wine so shouldn't feel too bad...
 
So more of a messed up sleeping pattern than anything else? Or is it this 'wine' you have been drinking as this evening I have been out with a girl (she is a classy lady) that created MDMA wine, in a plastic bottle. I could definitely see you running into a few problems with that :D

Snap. Near enough anyway. Coupla beers rather than wine in my case but only 3 or 4. That there oxy stuff is bloody stimulating though. Was proper speedy earlier but now more just tired but unlikely to sleep without benzos stylee. Or maybe just should've gotten me lazy arse outta bed before mid-afternoon :D

Hohum. Gonna finish suppin' this 'ere beer, watch another episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks and maybe make a more concerted effort at a kip before dawn.

Also, MDMA wine? Ha! =D (*wretches*)
