Just been watching the "Man on Wire" documentary... absolutely fucking awesome, one of the best docs ive ever watched

Been making music again lately which is a massive fuckin relief as I thought - as I always do when this happens - that I'd lost any ability to make music.
But I played what I'd made to my besty fwendy when we were hanging out today and he absolutely loved them and had few words to say how good he thought they were. So I'm happy with that :)

Just need to practice my set for this gig on June 2nd. Right looking fwd to it! But I must remember not to take a shit load of MDMA before I set up, so that I can even get my equiptment out and understand what it does lol 8)

I'm settling with Saving Private Ryan as it's been years since I saw it.

Ooooh! I've also some grand news! My nextdoor neighbour has leant me - with the prospect of me ending up keeping it for all time - a fucking beautiful Gibson Les Paul guitar.... It's a thing of shear beauty!

Put some strings on it earlier and left it for an hour for them to stretch and have just tuned it now and had a small play...
It's amazing!!!!!! {^_^}

Such a warm sound even without it being plugged into an amp. Now all I need is a lead to plug it into the amp and calloused fingers that I had a decade ago.
I'll take a dirty picture of it tomorrow or something so you can get all geetar-porn over it ;)
 
eh., today was a weird n wonderful one.

and just because it was so good, I think I've managed to source the capacity to catch up on stuff I should've already done (and have committed to do), but haven't yet. and even better, it's stuff that I will ultimately enjoy doing more than anything else in the world <3

a cheapo copy, cheap as chips, amazing for the money payed could do with some better pickups though
 
Just watched chronicle. Thought it was decent enough. A lot of my dreams involve me having telekinetic powers. Not sure what if anything is meant by that. Watching some obese lass sit on some guy on channel 4 now :\ pretty fucked up fat chick fetish prog. Fairly repulsive.. Each to their own!

I don't recall a single incident in my life where I've sought or exacted revenge on anyone, adult life anyway....i can never be arsed, path of least resistance for me every time, chalk it/him/her up as a wrong'un.

I have once or twice threatened to exact revenge on someone, but they sensibly laughed it off.

If you get anything you like done be sure to post it up mate. Aint heard any of your music in a while but anytime I have it's been proper outstanding, the type if I had a Facebook/MySpace page for it I'd be sharing.
