I know it'll pass, I've had periods like this before, they always pass, I just tend to hide it for ages then realise howfcking miserable I am. Been doing a lot of hiding recently.

It's mental how we can kid ourselves on isn't it! Actually fucking fool ourselves into thinking we're fine when we're not.

I'm in a (kinda but not much) similar situation but for different reasons. We can be crisis-chums and take the piss out of each other online while we sort ourselves out.

PS I think the weather probably accounts for 50% of my mood. It's bizarrely glorious where I am today (Sunny Scotland) and I feel good, but most of the time it's the opposite. Why did monkeys move to a miserable frozen sodden island? It makes no sense.
 
ah sod it taken a anti-hista thingie and sorted 15mg

Excellent weekend :) slightly hanging from last night but been worse, time to sort it with = amazing tunes, a lot more water, more painkillers, crumpets, home made kebabs, home made burgers, salad, ben & jerry's ice cream... combo n a half. hope you've all had a good one :)

Amazed meself by somehow getting a fairly decent night's kip despite too much booze and too much hot of a night. Temazis ftw <3

Amazed meself even more by getting up at a reasonable hour (10am 8() so celebrated by having a relatively healthy brekky to wash down me morning codeine and just had a nice, warm bath which appears to be a better painkiller than me painkillers are. I also smell pleasingly of apples now.

Knockando is a wee village in Scotland with a slightly less wee distillery that makes an eponymous whisky, which I happened to be drinking some time around the moment I created my BL account! ;)

Its not just mxe that does the font thing.. ive had it on other psychedelics or disassociatives .( fucked if i can be asked googling the right spelling for that right now.. too 'ot)..
The font changes with your different perspective. ( I thought it was special to me :( ...A kind of font offering)

Someone here said they felt more comfortable typing with one eye at some stages on mxe or dxm.. that happens to me too. Its probably related.

When I've read his posts he always seems like one bloke who is really happy in his work & life in general.

Mr Monkey has been in my thoughts this afternoon and I hope the cloud has shifted a bit and some well deserved sunshine will warm his soul. Don't let it compound on you <3 and never forget us 40+ ers are entering into a new life-era, it can be a bit scary but with it will come plenty of benefits too.

Been back doon the beach and swimming in the sea %) amazingly warm today, though you do need to keep moving out in the deeper water. It makes me feel so unbelievably free and alive <3 However, have sand in my bum crack now =D off for a shower!

Someone make me a cocktail for when I get back please :)
 
Thinking about the changing font thing on mxe made me think of how when I am keted I have to whisper sometimes because I can't form words properly when I speak normally, does anyone else get that?
 
How I wish I lived in Cornwall when we have weather like we've had this last week or so.
Nothing better than being really hot and being able to run into the sea to cool yourself down.
