I dont know how long you've been on it exactly. They take a few weeks to kick in normally but some people say they feel an improvement immediately. I really hope it works for you.

It'll be great to get past the whole torment that you must have been experiencing coming off diazepam or whatever benzo you were on.
Hopefully pretty soon youll be able to breathe a sigh of relief that youve got through that particular battle.

For once I think I may have pre-empted me usual insomnia (and, indeed, me usual insomnisoddingah for that matter) via the cunning plan of only drinking a relatively small amount of booze combined with a merely moderate dosage of temazis. Eyes are already a tad droopy. This is a Good Thing cos I really need to sort me sleeping pattern out sharpish. Got Important Things to do in the daytime that ain't being done and the clock is ticking... if not already ticked

Had an alcoholic and valium evening last night and have just woke up to 3 partly smoked roll ups in my bed and about 5 holes burnt into my new duvet cover.
