Morning crew! I don't have to go to work til 4 today, so i can laze around for a while! I can hear jeremy Kyle calling, purely for entitainment value of course!

I got up for brekfast and now I'm back in bed, just munched a gramme of pregabalin, so I better set an alarm to make sure I don't miss work today!

For some reason I woke up at 8am today :| not right when I don't have work.. been absent for a week or so taking care of a poorly grandmother but back home now.

My old flatmates were in the audience on Jeremy Kyle once. He drives me up the wall, smug bastard :|

How's everyone going? Preparing for my birthday celebrations which begin tomorrow. :D Planning to head to a festival in Cork on the weekend too well a one day psytrance night that is going to be great. Then going to have to crash there for a day or two extra due to transport. Can't wait, going to have to get the tent out too and make sure it's not fucked after last festival season. So it should be an interesting few days.

I've got a few bombs of mdma/speed and a load of various pills that I've collected for it. Think it's something like Defcons/Snowflakes/Bentleys.

There should be a Wednesday thread for this. :)

booo sobriety! i havent had anything interesting in ages, just the usual smoke, so this shall be a welcome change, whats going on with the ten days of sobriety? ur a mod of EADD ur not meant to be sober i thought :D

woohoo psy festival, please someone have some trips down there! any southern lads know of what psychedelic delights are going about?

He's smug about being on Jeremy Kyle:? I'm reluctant to admit I have sunk to the depths of actually watching it..

Ohh here comes the postman, probably going to be the highlight of my day, working from home is not going that well. I'm getting work done but motivation is hard to find, think I might have a nap :)

** see I must have needed that kip more than I thought....Jeremy Kyle is a smug bastard not your ex fat mat.....dohh**

Hello everyone, yeah jk is smug but I can't help but watch it!

A special good afternoon to effie, as I fell asleep and didn't reply to her good morning! I wasn't be ignorant eff!

Got to go to work in a bit, I'm really looking forward to seeing the residents and having a chat with them! Also I have to take a resident into town in his wheel chair because he wants to buy some DVDs! He's got loads already but I don't mind taking them into town because they don't get to go out much.

My current addiction is trashy real-life mags, Love It and Pick Me Up etc.. so voyeuristic but I can't stay away. Need to start carrying a book round with me so I'm less tempted ;)
