Haha you had a perfect excuse for codeine linctus and all Kate.. ;) hope the cough doesn't keep you up. So cruel that stopping smoking exacerbates coughs so much!

I hope scientific studies don't ever reveal nicorette causes 10x more cancer.
 
Not bad...I've been drug free for a week but I gave in to temptation and ordered some eph and etizolam for getting to sleep...Also hopefully getting some K in soon. Drug sabbatical come crashing down around me.

How have you been keeping?

The cough and catarrh are driving me batty just now, appears this could go on for a month or so too grrrr :! Thankfully felix is just about over the real bad crabbit, irritable, bitchyness side-effects :| Luckily I didn't notice them ;)
 
I was taking a week off also, wasn't too bad but didn't really get much out of it. Does no harm though. Was nice to get a toke though haha.

Had a bit of a rough week but today's not been so bad. Having a chill and a spliff pre-bed at the mo.

It's the wild west of the east out here, you'd love it. Every 2 seconds as I walk down the street someones trying to punt me weed or opium. The street I'm on now is littered with 'happy' pizza restaurants. I keep seeing old couples sitting in these pizza restaurants and wonder if they know they ingesting drugs with their pepperoni.

Nah I did the whole backpacking loop a few years ago and visited all those countries, Cambodia included and did all the touristy activity stuff that I wanted to do. There will be none of that nonsense this time round. ;)

morning EADD. I finally have a keyboard that I can use for my ps3, works perfectly and is wireless, can see myxelf making better posts now that I don't have to use the ps3 controller anymore. Going to test it out with my netbook later, see if I can connect the wireless mouse that came with it and use that so I can go back on AIM and MSN.

I didn't go back to sleep after my previous post at about 1am, I went and bought some food at 2am, sausages and beans and then came back here and watched a couple of films and posted on bl for a bit, going to go to bed early tonight or have an afternoon nap later as waking up around 1ish after falling asleep the previous night during the daytime and then not going to bed until late again tonight would make it a long day.

How are the morning crew doing today?

morning DSS :) is going alright, need to do some more food shopping today as my fridge space and cupboards are bare, need to go to pick up my prescription in a bit too, luckily a new pharmacy opened in the outpatients department at the hospital I work at so it's much closer than walking a mile to the pharmacy. Might do my food shopping online actually, then I can try and clean my room a bit too.

I wouldn't know what the weather is like, I keep my black out curtain closed at all times at the moment because I don't want anyone to be able to see inside and see how much of a mess the room is, lol. Tidying it today will be good for the room and for my mind, and it will let some natural light in too :)

How's it going your end?
