Don't take it for granted not raining on your parade but that was the eazy bit.

If someone said to me all you have to do is the physicall bit then i would start now as hard as it would be cos of the length of my habbit.
You gotta make sure you don't get lured in again you know who it goes "just a little codeine ...or opiate won'y hurt "
Well if you have had a habbit b4 pretty good chance you will get one again if try n use opiates.
Some will disagree with me on this but they will be the ones that haven't had a real habbit .

Still i'll be watchin u n if i see ya slippin or setting yorself up i'll be on you like rash.

Morning Peeps. 'sup nood?

Am v achy here.. in honesty i came off tram and pregablin among other things lol ... body is really hurting this morning.. I just took a couple of fat pregablins because ive had enough of nagging pain for now. Im wondering what can replace the pregab.. wondering about etiz.??. Know for sure I should and can just power through but..

Well ive re quit cigs, tram down practically to 1, diet coke 1, no meat or sex.. so lent isnt a complete distaster so far.

Interestingly, I found out that the Orthodox started their Lent yesterday so might step into Orthodox calendar for this journey.. :)

Got a message from a friend first thing saying she'd spent the weekend in Camden smoking crack with the Birmingham Six.

I had a very bizarre image in my head until I reminded myself there's a band of the same name.

well Me n Mugz managed to meet up last time with ease so i expectthe same n also a good time was had if a tad unplanned but again the same is expected =D
